IC EXPOSITION

THE COMMISSIONER, DAHLIA GOODE, calls the A.Q.U.A. Initiative to a top secret underground facility in Rustboro. It is not a demanded assignment, for the members are allowed to decline. But it is highly encouraged.[break][break]

Furthermore, Dahlia has also sent out an open invitation to those who are AVATARS or MAY BECOME AVATARS, but have not come forth to the League, offering them a chance to volunteer their abilities without fear of being contracted. Some trainers who are suspected to be Avatars have been sent more personalized invitations as well in efforts to win them over to the League's side.[break][break]

These trainers are called to investigate the TELEPORTED RUINS that were once transfixed to the Abbiati Temple in Sootopolis. Preliminary surveys by League forces have discovered panes of Shalour glass and reflective bodies of flowing water. Curiously, there is no apparent water source from which these currents flow from. After all, the ruins are not submerged within Sootopolis' bay anymore.[break][break]

Fitted in special prototype suits created by zenji jabami, the expedition team is asked to investigate the ruins in their entirety... but the ruins will become much more than what everyone has bargained for. For the water runs deep. Deeper than anyone can imagine.[break][break][break][break][break][break]

OOC INFORMATION

AN AQUA ASSEMBLY PT. 2 is an exclusive mini-event for particular characters associated with the A.Q.U.A. Initiative. Although not everyone will be able to participate, the happenings of this event will affect the wider site plot, eventually granting those outside of this event interesting possibilities in the setting.[break][break]

In other words, AAAPT. 2 will reveal information and plot points that will roll into events for the whole site to enjoy. Similarly, GEOMANCY, the Team Rocket event situated in the TREE OF LIFE will function similarly.[break][break]

I don't imagine this event going for too long- but then again, I'm still in the process of writing it!

PRELIMINARY RULESET

CURRENTLY, the raids will have the following rules:[break][break]

• full access to your personal computer.
• 1 pokemon out at a time.
• 1 move per pokemon.
• soft word count limit of 300.
• too long; don't read (tl;dr) notes are required.
• bold/highlight Pokémon moves/abilities.

Characters that have not been mentioned above, but are Avatars (e.g. cait alfric, Adrian Malcolm, Raziel Beckett, etc.), may participate too, if they ICly heed dahlia goode's open invitation. Furthermore, the League highly suspects skyler dross to be connected with Kyogre— and if she joins, she may force the League's hand to bring angelo vestri with her.[break][break]

Applying as an AVATAR will require the character to list their information, including proof of who they are an AVATAR OF.
