THE BRIEFING

THE DIMENSIONAL POCKET UNDERNEATH RUSTBORO has been disturbed by the shifting of planes. The topology of the universe is in disarray, and with it, the safe haven JIRACHI was once housed in. However, the Wish Pokemon is now awake. Although it is still too early for its latent powers of granting wishes to be in full effect, it seems spirited to assist those in the League's AQUA Initiative.

THE LEAGUE HAS ALLOWED members of the AQUA Initiative to aid their training with the mythical Pokemon, Jirachi.

Trainers may also choose to go on an expedition of any kind with the Pokemon. The Jirachi may act as additional firepower or defense. Other operations may require the Jirachi to be protected as it is moved from place to place for further training or study.

AQUA Initiative members include anyone who has signed the AQUA Initiative contract, including Head Rangers, Elite Four, and members of the Hoenn League's Council.

As stated above, AQUA Initiative members may choose to bring promising trainers who are not within the initiative. These characters must have at least 200 POSTS.
