One would think that Maverick would’ve sent one of his dozens upon dozens of houndooms he owned for this type of job. After all, the creature is the embodiment of hell itself. The hellhound would be the perfect fit because let’s be honest, hell is scary if you think about it. Surely, even his star canine Azula would be more than efficient to keep everyone in the room awake. She was massive compared to her species and with that skull she wore over her own, the canine was nothing but fear to the eyes of the bewilder.[break][break]

Surprisingly enough, it wasn’t Azula or any of his many houndooms whom was sent. In fact, it was a creature that no one might have expected. Even more so, if the learned that it wasn’t Koji. The shadow hisui arcanine that has been spotted with Maverick a few times. Instead, it was Koji’s son, Akaza, whom was giving the task of keeping everyone awake. The prideful shadow hisui arcanine sat his butt by the side of the head of the table, dark gaze shifted from one face to the next. A grumble in his chest kept the human’s close to him on edge, casually sneaking a glance at the formidable canine.[break][break]

Nose crinkled, spotting a young female who appeared to be dozing off. Akaza got to his feet, forcing the human’s that were next to him flinch. He casually strolled closer to the woman, positioning himself behind the sleepy woman. And right as her head began to fall, the shadow hisui arcanine BITE down onto the chair. He whipped his head back, pulling the chair right out from under her and watching out of amusement at the woman hit the ground. Akaza dropped the chair, towering over the woman as panicked fear consumed her facial features. The canine lowered himself, baring his teeth at the woman before backing off.[break][break]

Aka let out a snort, moving back to his position at the head of the table. He plopped his butt down, dark gaze shifted over the many faces that tried to ignore him. The woman was quick to gather herself, moving her chair back and getting back to business. Perhaps… Maverick should have explained to Akaza to be more discreet and gentler to them before sending him to is first pokejob. Their job was to intimidate them to keep them awake, not to scare the living piss out of them and have nightmares for the rest of their lives.

the people in the corporate office seems to be getting the idea fast, however, as they keep their heads down and actually work at the mere sight of the scorbunny.[break][break]
