It's taken some additional time for Fenelle to coordinate with the troupe members, but it's worked out all in all. Bronzong could pick up the psychic waves of the other pokémon and adjust its dance accordingly.

Not that there's too much moves going on, as the Bronzong's essentially a big bell. And it does that job quite well - with its species being the announcer of rain, its rain dance in combination with other pokémon calls for a pleasant drizzle, a refreshing time when everyone is tense.

And Fenelle watches the performance rapt as well, finding demself swaying slightly to the visual rhythm.

The ritual of the DRAGON DANCE was a display of strength, an emboldening of the spirit. Perhaps that was why this dragon's trainer saw fit to send her here, Antigone mused, in the wake of some tragedy he had witnessed in this very city. Maybe he thought that these people could use all the support they could get; maybe he was afraid that this too would turn to tragedy. [break][break]

But Antigone did not share her trainer's tremulous heart. She was made of sterner stuff than that, and was determined to showcase this aptly with her own performance, beginning with one bounding step to the left, then another to the right. Swaying to some unheard beat, thunderously stomping, scales shimmering in the summer light, Antigone danced and moved in the way only one of her breed could. [break][break]

With fury. With grace. In veneration of all the generations of scaled conquerors before her, and in challenge to any that would oppose her now. Such was the dance of the dragon.

This was not Tulora's first time at the dancing rodeo; in fact, dancing had become second nature for the curious and quaint fairy after it had taken the stage with its idol trainer time and time again. Though it was fond of larger venues, it wished to occupy its time with beauty, regardless of the size of the onlookers- as beauty and grace were needed in a time that existed in the opposite. Especially as, given the timing, its trainer was off fighting what was said to be a grand war.[break][break]

Weaving intricate webs of flowering blooms around its body, swept with pink energies and the wavering of its stems, it used PETAL DANCE as a means to wash all of the fear and anxious dilapidation away. Through the sweet scents, complimented by the dance of rain that brought dew to land on each petal, it dreamed of the world of love Desiree always fantasized about-- seeing it, feeling it with each twirl.[break][break]

It felt as free as it felt beautiful.. unknowing that across the region, where once blighted trees were now set aflame in war, its twin sister had just lost its life. Twirling, spinning, bringing about the world of love that Contora had sacrificed itself for. The pain did not exist here as it did there-- as it would when it would arrive back home when all would be said and done.

To be honest, this was the Pokéjob that he had a very difficult time picking out someone suitable to send; because while he did have a slowly but surely growing collection of Water-type Pokémon, well, fact of the matter was that this particular listing needed any Pokémon that knew a Dance-type of move…

And so the easiest one that came to mind was Rain Dance, of course.

Once he’d dropped off Miri the Azumarill at Slateport Park with very specific instructions to only use Rain Dance when asked, he would then go off to get some tea.

This would leave the adorable water bunny Pokémon blinking at the Bronzong, the Florges, the… she didn’t know the other Pokémon species (the one that looked like a gray-skinned kaiju) but—

The moment she heard the magical words ‘Rain Dance’, she would then turn slowly on the spot, before a gentle kind of rain began pouring down around everyone.

Normally this would be torrential, but not today—it was time for her to show off that she could dance!

Smaug does not know how he knows the dance. He simply exists with the knowledge baked into his very psyche. When he first danced the ancestral dance of all dragonkind upon a resurfaced mirage island, it did so out of instinct. He danced because his blood called for him to dance, because his spirit needed to be honed to deadly purpose.[break][break]
He floats upon the stage, looking at his fellow dancers. Most of them are creatures he would consider prey. They are strange creatures with their own dances. So, he spreads his great wings. It is from these feathered red wings that he has been given his scientific name: Roaring Moon. What beauty they have when he floats above his fellow dancers, circling above them like he is in truth the moon itself, come down to grace them with his presence.[break][break]
His is a primal moon, a killing moon, turned towards gentler purpose. He floats upon the wind before a crowd of bedazzled humans. Eyes tell a tale for those close: confident knowledge that he could devour all those watching this dance. The dragon maintains its dignity with this knowledge: they exist because I allow it. That is a dragon’s promise, and so he dances upon his stage.[break][break]
All there is to life is the dance. To opt out is to opt out of truly living life, but to walk on the sidelines. All there is in the world is the dance, and he graces his seven partners with a red dragon moon for their synchronized performance below. The moon blesses the rain, blesses the petals, and serves as eternal reminder that the sun will come again.

Yap didn't know too much about dancing. He, in fact, was still learning a lot of things!

However, that being said, he was a pretty quick learner. When he saw the dragons and their Dragon Dances, he would be quick to Sketch it for himself! And with this new move in his arsenal, he'd join in in Dragon Dance-ing his way to victory!

Nereid the Phione, Neri for short, was quite the dramatic pokemon. Mmm, perhaps dramatic wasn’t the best suited word. Theatrical is more like it. Neri adored when they were the center of attention. Basked in it, relished it, craved it.

[break][break] perhaps it was due to the fact they didn’t have many opportunities to show off back home with the others. Neither was her trainer one to entertain this sort of behavior. ‘Why waste time on trivialities when energy could be better suited to training?’. That was their trainer’s mantra of sorts.

[break][break] All work and no play.

[break][break] It was quite boring and tiring all at once. So now that Neri was given the chance to show off, they were prepared to do so to the highest degree.

[break][break] The stage as black and silent for a moment. The murmurings from the crowd were the only source of slight chatter to be heard for a moment.

[break][break] Suddenly steel drums and other island native instruments began to fill the air with music reminiscent of the the sea and islands. The curtain rose to scenery of the ocean’s floor. Multi-colored coral reefs, seaweed, and red algae decorated the background and numerous aquatic pokemon joined on stage and showed the stage and audience with bubbles.

[break][break] As the music swelled to the highest degree, all the other Pokemon dancing, it was Neri’s turn to entire with a timed RAIN DANCE to seal the deal.

[break][break] Shimmering light raindrops sprinkled the audience in a way to ‘cool’ them off from the Summer heat. All the while Neri and the other pokemon brought the beauty and magic of the ea to the audience in a spectacular ensemble befitting the nature of the mythical ‘Sea Drifter’.

Assistance with poke-jobs was not something Calla often had time for. But the opportunity was not one to pass up when she came across the request.[break][break]

Enmei was a regal creature—elegant and graceful in temperament and action. So when she took the stage, spinning up into the air in a DRAGON’S DANCE, it didn’t look quite the same as the other dragons who had gone before.[break][break]

All of that mighty power turned graceful and fluid in the extending sweep of a long next, softened by the floating drift of cloudy feathers as she swept through the air. All of it undeniably pleasing to the eye, and hiding the fury of a strong strike beneath a more placid surface. The long, delicate feathers from her head and tail streamed out around her as she trilled proudly and twisted upward so that spiraled before she descended.[break][break]
