Thread Summary:
Speed date between Lia and ! This was the first date during the event for both of them and also the first time they met ♡

Why is it important?:
I chose this thread because even though it's short, it shows aspects of Lia's character that I don't often get to write. Lia is someone who is usually really brave about things, and even though she can have her doubts, she tends to push forward regardless (sometimes even to a reckless degree). However, the one exception to this is romance, and she's much shyer and more hesitant about that aspect of her life. This is showcased throughout the thread, but to her surprise, Xander results to be someone who makes her feel really comfortable, and their date turns into a quick game of twenty questions which then leads to him texting her later on to arrange a second date.

I really enjoy the dynamics between both characters, and I look forward to their future threads.

Thread Summary:
Coincidence? Twist of fate? Whatever you may call it, Ceri finds herself nothing short of shocked when being paired with her ex () on a speed date! It's awkward, it's weird, it's sad, but in the end, Ceri is glad to see Hailee again after years.

Why is it important?:
Ceri's life and personal life are not something I often get to write about, but the wonderful Arti gave me a chance to do as much when making Hailee and linking her backstory to Ceri's. There's a lot to explore with the two of them and a lot of plans that have been made.

This initial meeting really shows a glimpse of how messy things are between them and how there's still certain resentments because of the way things ended – even if it has been years and even if they have moved on from their romantic feelings for each other. On the other hand, it also shows that they both still care deeply for each other, and against all odds, things end on a somewhat positive note.

Hailee is a really fun character, and I love the complex dynamic between her and Ceri! Thank you Arti for the fun thread ♡

TO USE THE CURRY'S EFFECTS/INGREDIENTS that are listed above, please post in this thread with any of your characters that have participated in the communal curry.

In your post, you may distribute the effects to your characters' Pokemon in whatever way you wish; however, please identify which character and their Pokemon is redeeming the effect.

Any applicable move refers to any move the Pokemon can learn from Gen 7-8 (e.g. learnset moves, egg moves, tm/trs). For regular/premium gachapon ticket rewards, feel free to redeem it in the SITE SHOP.

Next, you do not need to use every single effect. You can only use an effect once per player. Feel free to discard any effect.

Lastly, this communal curry thread's effects will be able to be redeemed until the end of the month, APRIL 30TH 11:59PM PST. Afterward, this thread will be archived to make way for the next communal curry. Thank you and bon appetit!
