By choosing to use the same Mantine every day, Josh figured he would be able to not only perfect the twists, but the timing on the end maneuver of the MAGIKARP SPLASH. When fractions of a second mattered, just like in racing, he needed every advantage he could get. He set out after seeing an appropriate-sized wave, giving the highly advanced maneuver yet another try. hzoepcwT |

Shalin, too, took the extra wait time to ensure she could attempt the MAGIKARP SPLASH with the same Mantine every time. She was at least enjoying the splashing motion at the top of the Mantine's leap, success or fail. Having so much fun with it was the only thing keeping her from getting frustrated at seeing failure after failure. She caught a wave and commanded the Splash when she felt the timing was right. jmZjHj3q |
