(Definitely not to THEO BECKETT though, the older man had an obsession with fish even he couldn’t begin to fathom.)

The massive Gyarados could only look on in disappointment at the small guppy of a Magikarp Hideo reeled in, though it was more disappointed by the catch itself than the catcher.

At least this one could actually fit in the bucket. But what about the next catch?

On the other hand, she dreaded having to make a choice among all of them at the end of the fishing challenge to decide which one to keep. But on yet another hand (perhaps a foot?), she treasured getting to have so many options to choose from. It made for a lot to think about, but thankfully not enough for her to miss the faint tugging on her line as yet another fish took her bait and tried to swim off with it. Not today! Aurelie thought, reeling it in energetically. Definitely not today.
