nothing particularly remarkable was coming up yet on her line. this time, she had to sit a while before something bit. this was certainly an exercise in patience, she realized, but it wasn't that bad. she didn't mind it all that much. mostly, she was enjoying the breeze and the sun between her catches.

huge lumineon. beautiful fish. she was very proud. she reeled it in, and this time tossed a pokeball to take it back for the competition. after, she readied her hook, pulled back past her shoulder and then cast out as far as she could.

Once he’d thrown the Huntail back into the water, he decided to use a different lure this time, wondering if a Magikarp-shaped one would work wonders.

It was cheap, too.

This Huntail seemed on the larger size, but it was the most size-appropriate Pokemon he'd caught this whole time. Alas, he only had so much space for an audience, so he let it back out to sea.

He once more cast out the line, eagerly awaiting what he'd catch next.

A strong gust rocks the yacht, causing Noble to wrap his vines around the fishing pole to keep it from flying loose from the vessel. Rafael casts an annoyed look at the sky and the clouds racing overhead. The fishing line goes taut, perhaps attracting a pokemon during the violent rocking of the wind. Gwyar smiled broadly at his bounty, Raki bouncing up and down excitedly besides him.

"Ah, you're a spirited one, eh?" The man laughed as he patted the rabid Sharpedo trying to chomp him, before kicking the thing into a nearby bucket.

It stuck out, struggling valiantly against its new prison before sighing and giving up. One down!

"Bit average size-wise, but what can you do... but try harder!" Swiveling on his heel, the man threw his line once again into the sea. Next, he was getting a damn gyarados if it killed him!
