You’d need to be some kind of blademaster like Lancelot to get out of this one alive. Luckily, he’s got a few Pokemon to even the odds. Gripping the ball housing Vortigern, Navy feels the beginnings of Arthuritis in a few of his joints.[break][break]

This was odd as he looked on from behind a tree. It was the armor Pokemon Aggron. These things could get extremely dangerous if left unchecked. But that's only if they were to get disturbed or something.
Ghost was getting ready to walk away. But changed his mind as he saw one staying away from the crowd. As a matter of fact, it was sleeping. Having a Knight such as Aggron on his side. He could even stronger.

With stars in his eyes, he would pull out his Pokeball. *As he crept up on the sleeping knight. He would throw his Pokeball at it.

PASSING THROUGH RUSTURF TUNNEL DOES NOT ALWAYS REQUIRE AN ARMOR, but this time a swarm of aggrons and their offsprings decide it's the best spot for sparring and battling. Fortunately for the Kalosian, who is always ready, has a way to escape situations that forced her to think creatively.

"Protect me." Selena rides the heat wave that Circe summons through the tunnel. Any aggron hit by the sea of flames will be left vulnerable for any attempt on her part to catch one for her team.

Valerie had not wanted to linger in Rusturf Tunnel. After catching her Skarmory, she fully intended to make a swift return to civilisation, not only to familiarise herself with her new ally, but also to repair the cracks in the weak armour. Yet, her attempts to return to Rustboro would be delayed by... unexpected circumstances.

To see Aron, Lairon, and Aggron in such large groups was usual. From her limited understanding, they were fiercely territorial creatures, and tended towards more solitary behaviours. Yet, assuming that rule was true, then this would prove to be an exception to it. Today, they were out in large numbers and full force, acting as reckless and violent as one might expect them too. Today, many of these Pokemon would walk away with new scars upon their metal carapaces. Valerie, meanwhile, was only hoping that she could escape without any such markings.

And that, unfortunately, meant a lot of sneaking about, running for her life, and generally hoping she was beneath their notice.

Still, as savage and as crude as they might be, they were undeniably powerful. Even considering it was a dangerous prospect, but... Perhaps, if the opportunity were to present itself, it would be wise to capture one of her own...

Like knights guarding the gate to a castle the two that stood before Kazimir in front of the tunnel entrance sure did seem intimidating with their size and stature. That glistening armor that shielded their bodies from the elements was a sight to behold even if he could see a few chinks and knicks along it. That just meant that some of these creatures were battle hardened and could put up a good fight. Which was good. A knight should always be prepared for a duel if it meant protecting something like their honor or the life of another. Just thinking about it was getting Kaz's blood riling as he withdrew both a loaded and empty pokeball to use against them. "Time to see if these guys can handle my order of knights, right?" With that he charged forward with his Ceruledge released and joining him to lay siege to their territory.

Aggron were such fascinating pokemon and carried themselves like valiant KNIGHTS in battle. Ironic that Sven wasn't the most chivalrous guy out there. He couldn't help but watch as some furiously butt heads in an attempt to fight. Whether it be practice, play, or for territorial purposes, Sven felt invested. It wouldn't hurt to have a heavy hitter like that in his ranks. One of the twin Sprigatitos he dragged around sat on his shoulder and peered at the creatures. Surely Sven didn't expect it to fi--

"Alright, Sativa, get out there and show them who's boss!"

You've got to be kidding. That little grass cat against a gigantic metal beast? Sven sat the pokemon down on the ground so it could properly battle. The Sprigatito named Sativa looked back at him like he was crazy. He flashed the creature a thumbs up to show his confidence.

"Seed Bomb!"

While hesitant at first, the Sprigatito listened to Sven's orders and fired away at one of the Aggron in an attempt to weaken it. It wasn't exactly the smartest idea because soon enough, the creature turned around to face the two and began to stomp towards them in an attempt to charge. Sven flashed a grin and drew back, then fired the pokeball directly at the middle of the creature's forehead.

Today was meant to be a peaceful day for Saki, having planned to travel through the caves and perhaps make friends with the relatively harmless, peaceful normal-types dwelling within. Her team, after all, was still a bit on the lacking side.

In fact, in light of her adventures just prior to moving regions, part of her found herself craving reserves. She hadn't prepared for the last tragedy, and it would be nice to not be caught off guard ever again.

Being caught off guard was exactly what happened today, however. Not as drastic as the last time, however, and maybe even to the point that it was a little fun. After all, her knight in shining armour was here to protect her. Easily shrugging off everything the several Aggron tried to throw at it, Saki's Metagross retaliated with brutal Hammer Arms, clearing a path for its trainer while she kept an eye out for potential captures.DTX2v7bB

It's the nature of villains to war against knights. Chivalric tales of tyrants and dragons in their foreboding towers, and the heroes in their steel armour laying siege to the evil that lay within.[break][break]

Well, we're not in a tower right now. We're just in an overrun tunnel, Aggron filling the space like links of chainmail. Really, it's more like we're laying siege to the heroes... but they're causing a nuisance, so maybe this situation is a little more nuanced than a fairy tale. Maybe it's more like that book about the would-be knight fending off windmills? Or maybe it's just a case of some wild Pokémon following their instinct.[break][break]

We're definitely not a hero, but there's no rule saying a villain can't do some public good, right? Even if there's a selfish motivation of catching a powerful new friend mixed in, even the worst person in the world has the potential to give charity.

He'd always been a fan of the KNIGHTS OF THE ROUNDTABLE when he'd been a child. The AGGRON swarm below reminded him of them. Like all children dazzled and awed by the legends, Belial had imagined himself being like King Arthur someday. The legends his mother used to read him, however, soured over time with his place in the Stone family hierarchy.

Knights in real history were more likely than not inconsiderate pricks born from wealth and privilege. Much like the Aggron below, they were known to have thrown their weight around to harass, terrorize, and even take the lives of those weaker than them. Because of this, the mercenary captain gestures for his MIENSHAO to leap down from the cliff they stand upon and engage one of these armored bruisers in battle.

A DRAIN PUNCH to the side of the cranium makes quick work of the first to dare. Whether or not the others will grant Belial a chance to lob his Heavy Ball at it, however...

To stare at a veritable blur of hardened metal barreling at you without protection is to stare at Death itself. The human body cannot withstand collisions with denser materials without liquifying a part of it. Not without anything to cover them, at least.

Lucas won't admit it outright, but he could learn something from Zico, who sidesteps the armored-horned tank without visible exertion. In comparison, he had to dive sideways to avoid the stampede. It wasn't perfect, and the motion opened an old wound.

The armored beasts that had decided to settle into the tunnel were quite the impressive sight - slow yet steady and sturdy. Were it another time and place, perhaps El would've been happy to sit back and observe them, to track where they were coming from and where they may go, to study their movements and population. Why were they here? What might keep them here? What might get them to leave?

Many good questions for certain, especially given the safety concerns that had been raised when this swarm had initially arrived. But if you asked El, well... They were more focused on something else. Namely, the pang of nostalgia for a certain Kiryu, as they gazed to the aggron that were shepherding their young along.

When would they get to see her - and Isaac Merlo , for that matter - again, they wondered...?

To be entirely honest, Xenon wasn't a fan of Aggrons or Arons in the slightest. The shining armor they wore reminded her too much of the knights of old, primitive beasts bound to codes of chivalry and honor that she saw no use for in her ultramodern future. But all the same, that armor they wore was something she needed for construction of a truly ultramodern pokemon, so she would wade into the field of battle all the same to claim that shining armor and rub it into the mud for her own use.
