Don't fuck this up for me." the trainer grinned, and pushed forward. Riding the waves of the ocean, this truly felt like home. Shaking their hair in the wind, the trainer grinned as he licked their teeth.

"Now!" He barked an order, as they rode the wave upwards to perform the magnificent trick. Soaring through the air, he closed his eyes and allowed fate to take the wheel. Who knows if he would succeed.

Almighty Sinnoh, she needed more time.

The competition was halfway through and she hadn't nailed as many tricks as the folks around her. She would never make the leaderboard at this rate. She hadn't expected this to be so skilled. Maybe that was arrogant. She was used to succeeding when she tried and tried and tried; perseverance was a strength of the followers of Almighty Sinnoh. It was a shame that she was cutting things close.

...Actually, now that you're looking at it, this prize list is pretty weird.

Like, there's slime on here. Dark and nefarious slime. Said slime? Is also the highest point prize available. The fuck is up with that? Normally pokemon were very pliable to him. They followed him, perched on him, curled up by his feet. This mantine similarly seemed friendly. Was it just not very good at tricks, or was Hawkins just exceptionally bad enough at them?
