bless you for managing to stay in the game for that long!! i'm only going on two months here myself, but i can confidently say that i've genuinely enjoyed every second of it! this is the largest rp community that i've ever been a part of, by far. and to be perfectly honest, i was itchingly overwhelmed when i first walked in. and while i still am a bit nervous even now, everyone here has made me feel right at home! thank you shiv, and everyone else, for all that you do!! and thank you all for putting up with a scrub like me LOL!!!

Six years. Wowee. Came here to Hoenn I think during the 4th Anniversary. Back then, I had a lot less certainty, and a lot more trouble with characters. Since coming here, I've had the honor of RPing with so many people. There's been a lot of changes personally that as a writer I've come to embrace.

like most rpers, i have been on many different sites, on various stages of their lifecycles, and none have ever captivated me as much as hoenn does. yes, the site is handled by one of the most talented dms I've ever met and the amount of work put into this to keep it alive is straight up unhinged rat hours, but it thrives because of its community.
