She gathered forget-me-nots, wondering why she found herself attracted to such a simple flower.[break][break]

Some of her grass-types sat in a circle, chewing through their lunches as Bailey Cooper tried to enjoy a day without worry. A picnic had been one way to distract herself, poorly packing her supplies into a wicker basket with a lack of care that made it quick to overflow.[break][break]

She tried to weave the flowers together, just as some of her pokemon had done, but found the task of making a circlet to be too dexterious for untrained hands. When she passed it to one of her pokemon, she smiled and figured it'd be best to let them do what they did best—and that she didn't need to be good at everything, as long as she had them by her side.[break][break]

The sound of buzzing was what drew her gaze away from her mix-matched family, and Bailey Cooper stood to see the gentle swarm of Ribombees.[break][break]

A small smile curls from his lips, his warm gaze cast over the flower field and swarming bees. The scent of flowers are sweet, easily drawing him closer. Looking over the large garden, he can't help but compare it to a giant bouquet with the tiny fairy-like bees as the recipient. The large Serperior slowly inches its way closer towards the flowers, tucking its small beak of a nose against a single chrysanthemum, whiffing it gently.

The bees seemingly scatter away from it, perhaps frightened from the large serpent's sudden approach. Seeing them flee, he reaches out for a Pokeball and casts it away at one of them, hoping to catch them.

spring had came, but somehow it did not feel like spring. like the poisonous wisteria rocket's reemergence was sure to poison the masses. standing underneath a wisteria tree, an ill ribombee resided. without hesitation he'd attempt to capture it.

The lilies had bloomed quite beautifully this year. So beautifully in fact that Lavone had half a mind to pick a few of them and craft them into a crown- but refrained, instead allowing others to revel in their beauty before his eager hands had gotten hold of them.

Though the surgent of ribombee was a different story, the easygoing young man half mindedly tossing a ball into the sea of bees.

The swarming bees were more than enough joy for Kaida, who smiled toothlessly at the Pokemon, hoping to look non-threatening to the peaceful beings. One hovered in front of her face, inching closer and closer to the snapdragons She idly held, and she offered it up to them. She certainly wasn't going to eat them!

"Hello, I'm Kaida...you are?" She spoke fondly to the little Pokemon, hoping it would stick around, just a little longer...

A sweet scent heralds Florian's favourite time of year: early spring, where flowers bloom and each route sings with renewed life. He's on his walk home to Verdanturf but can't resist the urge to stop and smell the flowers, quite literally.

He releases his Ribombee into a swarm of her fellows, the darting fairy immediately drawn to a patch of sunflowers. He recalls how he'd met her as a Cutiefly buzzing about his very own garden of sunflowers back home in Kalos.

It seems that Abeille is trying to make friends with some of the other bees. Perhaps one would like to come with them...?

Alec was on route 117, taking in the sweet scent that infiltrating his nose. However, that wasn't the main reason why the young Gym Leader was here. He was actually here to gather Camellias. They reminded him of his mother because she liked them so much. Sure, she would never admit it, but Alec knew his mother well enough to know that there was even something she had liked. Camellias were just one of the very few things she did like, and well, he figured he would go gather some to have around his new home. He was even thinking of the possibility of growing them around the forest training ground on the resort as well.

As the Gym Leader had finished picking some flowers, he had spotted a Ribombee fluttering around some of the other flowers. Alec took a moment to think and figured his Ribombee could have a friend. Alec gave a goofy grin and had pulled out a Pokeball, throwing one at it.

Walking in Route 117 reminded Selena of the Parterre Way back in Kalos. After a few walks north of Santalune, the road was filled with so much flowers--there were even hordes of Flabébé circling the fountain in the midroad. It was very memorable for her since that's where she received Calliope the Ralts.

Her location was also perfect. There were flower gardens and small pounds surrounding the place with a bunch of bee Pokémons swarming the area. There were a lot of illumise and volbeat flying around, dancing, and she thought there were also ribombees and cutieflies roaming the gardens.

Selena thought she could stay for a while.

She could use some break after traveling around Hoenn. Getting her phone from her fanny pack, she oped her campera and started snapping a few photos of her surroundings. These photos could be useful for her next story.

Selena went out and looked for carnations in the bushes. These are her favorites. She thought their smell were quite addicting.

Beneath the fences of the nearby daycare center, she saw bushes of carnations popping by their gardens. Selena went closer to film them, panning through the fields and into the sky where Pokémons drift into the air and dance.

"The blooming season's very nice," Selena smirked.

kyle stares at a patch of dandelions. they looked so out of place compared to the other blossoming flowers, making him ponder for the reason of his wonder. kyle is interrupted when one of his mightyena swoops in and takes a bite out of it, leaving nothing but the stem.

as he pouts at the sight of destruction, he finds one of the ribombee fluttering beside him with the same expression. wondering if it was mocking him, kyle shoos it away.

Adrian is taking a stroll through the route to witness the early bloom that the Daycare attendants have told him about. Supposedly, if you bring someone one of these flowers, any sparks of love will also blossom sooner rather than later.

Many people are taking a liking to the vibrant flowers you'd expect: Daffodils, Hyacinth, Lilies and even a few wild Briar roses. But Adrian is nothing if not atypical, and so his taste in flowers is remarkably underdeveloped, but leaning towards the avant-garde of species. He runs his hands through an odd, upright flower of a deep scarlet pigmentation. Personally, he likes them for how unique they are, and how rich their color is.

A lady comes up to him and tells him about them. They're a Celosia flower, the Arrabona Red variety. He asks if he can take a few, and she nods, allowing him to take a select few to form a bouqet.

"You know they call them the cock's comb, right?

At the uttering of the name, Adrian's taken aback, but it matters little. They're quite a gift, even with such a rudimentary name. Yet he could see how it must've originated. It looked like a rooster's comb.

All he had to hope for now was that none of the Ribombee or Cutiefly followed him around...

For once, it wasn’t the Pokemon themselves that drew Annie towards a swarm of them. It had been years since she’d seen a field of poppies in person. Not since Kanto. Realising that brought about a bittersweet feeling – one that she was eager to rid herself of, before it just became bitter. “Snack.” She looked down at the dragon in her arms. “Think you can knock one of these guys down for me?” The Appletun happily obliged, and a little fly was promptly greeted with an Apple Acid to the face. Then a Pokeball for good measure.

Spring has slowly begun to fall over the region, beckoning forth the most beautiful flowers with gentle fingers. For her, the end is the most beautiful, what with the blooming tops of Wisteria trees. The purple flowers are comforting, a favorite of her sister's and now a favorite of hers.[break][break]

As she passes one of these exact trees, with small buds just beginning to open, she startles with a shriek. A cluster of bugs, interested in the sweet smelling flowers already in full bloom at the base of the tree, buzz about. In her panic, with wide eyes and flailing arms, she yeets a Pokeball at them, if only to get them out of her sight.[break][break]

Isra seeks water's edge, hoping that in the evening light she will find the beginnings of of blooming water lilies beneath the coming moonlight. Her won garden pond is brimming with them beside the gazebo, one of her favorite sights. Her own open in full to large white blooms that sparkle beneath the burgmansia that sits on the water's edge and to see something similar elsewhere always pleases her. The charms of a night garden too often lost to the waking world.

She spots the ribombee as it flits from bloom to bloom in the changing light and watches it for a moment. They seems so eager to commit to their job and she cannot blame them, it is the time of the year for such things after all.

The ball is tossed gently, more of curiosities sake at the off colored creature than anything else.

Spring weather was in full swing before the season had officially began. With it came the blooming of flowers. [break][break]
