it shouldn't really be a question on how many times kyle is willing to do it, but how many times does he need to try in order to perfect the move.

he gets on the mantine again after the last try. an over-the-gyarados shouldn't be too hard given that a lot of people have already done it. he's not special, but it shouldn't be a too difficult of a trick if there's more than three people that have already achieved such feat.

with another try, he attempts the trick.

Mantine suffering. Noah had come back once again to try his luck at the Mantine surfing, everyone who had been working at the splashfest already knew him and already knew his routine.[break][break]

Take the reigns, take the Mantine to the sea and waves, take the opportunity in a good wave, fail; That had been Noah's whole routine in the surfing part of the event, nothing more he could do but keep trying. Truthfully speaking, even with his contacts in and his sight rendered usable, there was still some feeling of skepticism as he chose a Mantine for himself. Maybe it was the thought of his only visual lifeline washing away in the currents; maybe it was the fact that, even when looking at the larger beasts for the choosing, he still had to take a fair amount of care.[break][break]

Obviously, it was something he didn't care about as he made his way into the waves, anyways.[break]

Well that went much better than he had initially thought that it would go, and so as they landed despite his stomach lurching a little he just had to equate it to flying, and it began to settle down. So now he had to go further than before.

"Let's go Mantine, let's try a Primarina Twist!" He said as they took off at top to hit a low wave, and attempting to do the necessary movements in order to ramp up to the back flip that Amor personally had to perform to complete the trick.

Next was the Primarina Twist. This one would be tricky since Julia herself would have to do one of the flips, but that just made her even more motivated to prove that she could do it. Lower wave, check. Plenty of speed, check. The Mantine jumped into the air, then did two front flips. Now came the hard part.
