All of Shalin's secret spots had already been cleaned out, and she looked visibly frustrated as her Milotic weaved about the coral and found nothing but sand. After several minutes of searching, a gleam caught her eye, but it was stuck underneath a piece of coral her mount could not swim through directly! She took a deep breath before exiting Levy's air bubble and swimming after the gleam herself. The cold water was unpleasant at best, but she managed to retrieve it and get back aboard her Pokémon, who took her to the surface.

Upon closer inspection, he couldn't help but note that maybe, just maybe, the different shards he'd found prior could possibly have been joined together in such a way to form a complete, proper product.
