this wasn't just a shard. this was a whole, perfectly in-tact mega stone. no cracks. not a scratch on it.

she picked it out of the sand and marveled. this one almost looked like the last, its blue indicating that it was likely meant for some kind of water-type. she wondered which one.

excitedly, she put it in the bag, and considered going home for the day. then mudkip found something else.

Unsurprisingly, it would take quite a few runs on his particular Mantine to get even close. The movements themselves by now had become easy. It was just the split second timing involved. He didn't want to think about that anymore; he slid from the Mantine to his Dragonair's back and went diving into the coral reef. His usual spot was almost barren; he needed to find a new one soon...

When Shalin dove for her secret spot, she found it wasn't so secret anymore! Apparently another diver had found it, as one particularly large object was missing from the last time she dove down with Levy! The Milotic had to squeeze through some tight corridors before finding a treasure she felt happy surfacing with.

Taking the deepwater dive with Jonesy, the two of them are quick to find something reflecting light up towards the surface. Moving closer to investigate, it turned out that it was more than just a tin can or other form of trash.

As such, they brought it back with them to shore, storing it someplace safe before the two of them went out to the Mantine surf.
