she kept catching lumineon. they were big, too. this one, however, was not as big as the last, so she let it go back into the water, watching it swim away.

after taking a small break and eating some lunch, she cast her line out again.

Fishing had by far been her favorite event of SplashFest. It was relaxing being out on the boat. Even though she pulled up a very average Magikarp, it was still fun. Eva doesn’t even bother to keep that one, tossing it back without a second thought.

sagira leapt to action, yanking her daughter away from the side of the boat by the shirt before slipping behind the wheel. giving it as much gas as she could, they started speeding off. sage knew the shark wasn't going to give up, though. she had it.

"delta. steer the boat!"

as it pursued them, she began her attack, eventually throwing a pokeball. then, when the water settled, it was onto the next catch.

magikarp. though they were nearly worthless in battle, she was partial to them as fish. they had a regal look to them, apart from their dumb faces. not to mention, they grew into fierce battlers. maybe she would keep this one.
