You can't really make a list of biggest threats to anywhere without a force of actual destruction. And lastly, I'm gunna put Dialga. Imagine trying to do something and some Pokemon can just reset time like nothing happened."

On top of that, Rayquaza with Eva Morales holds a grudge against Xerneas for upsetting the balance in Hoenn and may become a target that he seeks to rectify. In addition I want to train the grunts up to snuff to handle the next darkest day when it comes.

With regards to the region as it currently is? Necrozma? I suppose that the unidentified legendaries in that dating game also counts. We have information on many of the legendaries that have aligned with the League, dealing with them just requires a proper strategy. But if we're dealing with the unknown? Eh.
