She spit saltwater from her mouth. The ocean waves were growing more active. She wondered how long she had before high tide made it difficult to dive low enough for collecting. Maybe an hour. She didn't have a sun dial made. She took as deep a breath as she could and dove underneath. She saw something shiny below. If only she could reach...

Cool. The tera shard was neat. They hadn't used them before, but it could be a cool tool. Terastallized pokemon looked a little strange. She figured Oricorio might like it, though. That bird was down for just about anything. Clover pushed down her amusement and refocused. Time to dive!

Jumping from his Lapras, the dog swims about. Light filtering from above serves as a guide for his search. Pokemon, not used to seeing land creatures this deep, notice him with overt curiosity rather than passive interest. Any interest they might have in dining upon a new meal is sapped by the Lapras hovering just behind, watching them all with old, stern eyes. Another bauble is snatched from a sandy floor. Turning, he swims back up to the safety of his air bubble, breathes deep, and holds up the twinkling item for examination.[break]

Coming to the surface, both she and Doug held out a Clamperl, finding the Pokemon at the same time. The two shell Pokemon must have been swimming around and looking for another spot in the reef just the same as they were before bumping into them.[break]
Yuina was careful to place the Clamperl back in the water though, letting it drift to the sandy floor well beneath them, only to gasp at being pulled in by an arm thrown around her waist.[break][break]
"See? All we needed to do was go out in another direction," she smiled, leaning into his frame within the water a bit.

Clovis the Prinplup wants to go to the ocean while Charles the Calyrex stays with her. After the Prinplup dives into the ocean water, Elise waits with Charles in making sure that the Prinplup comes back with whatever thing he can find.[break][break]

At least they were useful. There was worse litter. She had seen several aluminum cans. It made her think of vending machines, which made her think of Lesser Megalopolis. At least the vending machines she had wouldn't dispense defunct z-crystals. Not that soda can litter was a big step up from crystal litter, if at all. She decided to grab some trash on this next dive for recycling.

Another day, another victory. Hunu stretched and reeled his shoulders back, and took of their shirt again. Still tattered in scars, and scabs, the Alolan huffed and took in the salty breeze. This was good, the air of it all. It reminded Hunu of home, and he loved to be able to swim at the end of the day. Preparing himself, Hunu boosted themselves down and forward.

Diving into the ocean and pushing past the sea, the trainer continued to kick their feet as he went deeper. Holding his breath, as he reached out for something. Grabbing hold, he reeled himself and the object back up. Waving his hair around, as soon as he emerged. "Gotcha!"

The mech closes in around the duo as they enter. @darkwinggod and find themselves in a central control room, with each individual brick glowing in a thousand different colors. They all glow in a bright halo, surrounding the beating core of the mecha.

'Oho! It's been a long time since I've had any visitors!' A Carbink chirped at them from its special control console, where it controlled many of the Stakataka's actions. Slowly, the mech rose to its feet, and the walls were enhanced with Gravity to ensure that Andrew and Gaius did not fall over.

'Welcome, welcome. Take your seats and prepare to fight the great blue devil!' Gemsly shuddered in a rich upper-class Galarian accent. 'Prepare to... oh?'

Several eyes projected a screen before the duo, signifying breaches in the mech as it flew forward to face the Dynamaxed Wooper.

'Egads! We're being ransacked!' Gemsly cried. Nearby, doors to the lower body opened, revealing long hallways complete with crawl spaces. From within, the distant cry of a 'wooooooooooo' could be heard.

'Off you go!' Or, without the translation: 'Carbink carbink carbink!'
