  • the highest roll will earn a SHINY EISCUE with the ICE TERA-TYPE; the second highest roll will earn a REGULAR EISCUE, the second lowest roll will net a REGULAR EISCUE, and the lowest roll will net a SHINY EISCUE. the gender of the pokemon can be decided by the recipient.
  • the attempted capture will not consume a pokéball.

Through the cold waters in the water routes, the female royal rides on the back of her Kingdra while the shiny Polteageist butler watches the swarm of Eiscue swim in the waters. Chamomile stays near his mistress and sees one of the Eiscue dive into the water since the Polteageist is a bit curious of their behavior in the wild. Their heads remind her of blueberry and cherry flavored popsicles as some of them were of a different color than the light blue color of the Eiscues’ heads. [break][break]

After the shiny Polteageist watched the Eiscue for a little while, he floats in to use Shadow Ball and try to weaken one of the ice cubed headed penguins for their capture. The black ball of energy hits one of the Eiscue and Elise takes out a Dusk Ball from her pack to toss it at one of the weakened ice type penguins. Maybe she’d really like to have one of those Pokemon as a friend to her Empoleon too.[break][break]

The water crashed below the clouds amidst frost-covered rocks, flocks of Eiscue lining the surface like ice cubes in a cerulean iced coffee. Flicking the reins on the back of the Dragonair as it flew, Desiree looked down at them with disarray; with the amount of these floaty penguin pokemon, she had absolutely no clue how to aid every one of them to the lands beyond the sea. As the cold winds of the interdimensional effects crashed against her fluffy coat, she tried to keep her eyes open as they dipped closer to the waters no matter how much it hurt. At the rate her chilly little afternoon flight was going, she figured she would turn into a strawberry popsicle any minute now.[break][break]

But the serpentine dragon had some ideas of how to help, a small pink heart necklace fluttering as they neared closer to a clump of the wild creatures. Channeling love in unbound draconic energies, its energetic output manifested a TWISTER that cut across the canvas of bubbles and ice. A little attempt at bringing them closer to the shore, one that carried a pokeball in its windstream. Some of the ice cubes that rested on their heads looked to be pink, so she had to at least try to indulge! It didn't help how precious they looked as they floated about, trying to ride the twister to safety with little splashes of their arms.[break][break]

Xiura shivered as the icy heads of bountiful Eiscue cooled the waters below a temperature she would normally consider comfortable. If she didn't get out of here soon, she'd become a popsicle!

She sat atop her Milotic, whose coiling tail periodically let the waters slosh over her; it couldn't be helped. Something needed to be done.

The steady flow of water, the ebbs and flows of the waves as well as the everlasting cycle of it all- all these factors bring peace to the detective. If only whirlpools were tamers- they'd treat them like giant glasses of peppermint tea in the winter, with cute, penguin faced sugar cubes waltzing in the eye of it all...or maybe even bits and pieces of melted popsicles, their sticks bobbing up and down in the water...

Wait. Penguin faced? No, no, that was no sugar bunch of sugar lumps- that was a swarm of Eiscue!

Already prepared for the chance to nab something new without second thought, Chamomile the Sinistea and resident thief bolts after the swarm. Using a less refined, sloppier version of Astonish, it tries to weaken one Eiscue with a bubbly shout, only to end up just mildly inconveniencing several all at once.

Well, at least it would make it easier for Sio to just grab one of them...

Brrr... El would shiver, at the cold that was biting through their suit. With the shifting seasons, the waters around Hoenn were no less affected by the cold than on land - but they felt that it was almost worse, with the added factor of wet! If they stayed here for much longer, they were sure to become a popsicle...

And yet, there was work to be done - there was a raft of Eiscue stranded in the water, and with their icy faces, all they were able to do was aimlessly float! The young Ranger wouldn't sit by idly with this.

Thus, it'd be on the back of Mizu the Milotic that El approached - the serpentine water-type moving like an arrow through the frigid waves. And as she neared the penguins... "Surf, Mizu!"

... She would bring forth a great wave, with the intention of pushing the Eiscue raft back towards solid ground!

"Alright, girl... time to get 'em closer to shore. You ready?"[break][break]

The dragon's groan is the only response she gets. It's affirmation is all she needs, as Shion reels around and smacks the closest Eiscue with a dragon tail. The pokemon's head shatters, and its little body goes careening through the air over the horizon toward the island in the distance.[break][break]

"Wh-whoa, hey! Careful, don't wanna end up a popsicle!"[break][break]

The dragon doesn't seem to hear her, spinning around and smacking the next Eiscue. It lets out a pitiful squeak as it goes flying through the air.[break][break]

Baki throws out her arms to keep her balance, focusing on the next penguin adrift in the sea next to them. Its face gazes back at her with a frown, suspended in the water with no recourse but to wait for the dragon's sweeping tail to throw it a mile away.[break][break]

"Uhh, sorry. You'll thank me later."[break][break]

And then it's hit for another homerun. [break][break]

The water route off of Lilycove was rife with avian popsicles. The eiscue bobbed along the water’s surface, chilling the already cold waters. Though he already had one in his collection, Lam couldn’t help but make his way down to the shores. His feet crunched against the snow dusted sand on the beach— the stretch of it painted a sparkly white.[break][break]

His talonflame follows, sweeping out over the water as a FLAME CHARGE seeks to heat the waters enough for her to scoop one of the floating ice-types up.

Winter had inevitably arrived in Hoenn and even though Victoria was dressed in layers she still felt chilled to the bone. But that didn’t make her upset in the slightest, she’d always prefer to be frozen like a popsicle than to be melting like one under excruciating heat. Today was pretty simple, she didn’t have much planned other than looking for more pokemon to procure for herself. Luckily this was Hoenn, she could always count on something happening at any given moment, she just had to know where to look. [break][break]

With Osiris, her Lucario, at her side they managed to come across a swarm of Eiscue that seemed to be enjoying themselves near the water. “Hmm, what do you say to making a few new friends?” Tori asked Oz with a familiar smirk and mischievous glint in her eye. The jackal huffed in annoyance but prepared to engage the Pokémon nonetheless. “Good boy.” Tori purred, “I knew I could always count on you.”[break][break]

her little darumaka nods in agreement, and mika grins. "that's nice. here's a snack." all her pokemon deserve a good treat after working so hard today. yet just as they're about to settle in, mika spots something in the distance. [break][break]

"eiscues, hmm? they seem at peace. let's help some of them return to the currents, though." the blue-haired ranger summons her lapras, and commands it to gently guide some of the floating eiscues back to their friends. [break][break]

though it would be nice to bring one back home, that's for sure. [break][break]
