DIVE INTO [break] DISTORTION (5TH ANNI)

THE BRIEFING


CURIOUSLY, temporary rifts to the mythologized DISTORTION WORLD have been appearing around Hoenn. It is unknown whether the realm is an alternate universe, world, or dimension.

In this dark place, the normal laws of physics are overturned. Time does now flow. Spatial relations are irregular. Like an M.C. Escher artwork, you may be able to walk or SURF on walls and climb trees or rocks that suddenly spring out of floating, lopsided islands.

It is unknown why these rifts are appearing. Should you find yourself in the Distortion World willingly or unwillingly, find a way to escape before you're lost to the disorienting elements. If you're unlucky, perhaps you'll be forcefully ejected by an unknown force in the end.
