Josh's timing was just a tad early! With the peak of the Splash-like motion being just before the crest of the Mantine's leap, the officials ruled his attempt no good. He was getting close and understand the Magikarp Splash well. It was just a matter of executing consistently and getting lucky. Snacker swam by the rental Mantine to pick Josh up and allow the larger water-type to swim back to the dock. The two went their separate ways, Josh combing the outer reefs to snag a share of the diminishing treasure.

NOPE. Not doing that again! Isaac was gonna be in for a whopper of a headache if he tried to think this on this kind of philosophy. Maybe he'd ask Cygne or Ceri. Y'know, an actual egghead. He was clever, but no amount of outside the box thinking could solve a logical snafu like this.[break][break]

It could, however, help him get his hands on some new loot! He very cleverly swiped some shinies from a nearby kelp patch, then guided Flapjack back up to the surface so he could see just what he'd managed to score.[break][break]

Yet again, Shalin found herself going flying after getting knocked off on the "over" part of the OVER-THE-GYARADOS. Levy simply let Shalin fall on top of him this time without a single bit of flair, his flexible body breaking his trainer's fall. Sudden and unpredictable undulations in the Milotic's swimming stroke kept Shalin smiling as they went diving into the very center of the reef this time, through a "tunnel" of coral to an area she had never been to before. There had to be something good in there!
