I agree that dividing and conquering would be a good course of action. However, I also agree with Beast Frost. Petalburg would have at least one major city and town, even if one of them would be in ruins, between us. It would be hard to keep Petalburg under our thumb long term.

I'm in favor of Petalburg. The League won't be prioritizing it as they will be Ever Grande or Mossdeep.

If city maintenance is a hassle, we can simply raze it to the ground. Terrorism can be our end instead of conquering.

Moreover, the resulting crisis of Petalburg's demise would more than occupy the League.

There have been many developments since our last quorum. I wonder - do we even need to attack Mossdeep to steal its secrets?

I know of at least one person within Rocket who would be able to infiltrate that city without suspicion.

At the very least, we ought to be able to take it without too large of a force. If we rely on stealth and subterfuge, we can send more of our fighters to a bigger city than Petalburg, such as Lilycove - should we desire a more ambitious acquisition.

But, I too must caution against leaving Sootopolis undefended.

We may not always have insiders at the space center, and it’s likely there are secrets harder to get to than we know. However, I agree that stealth would be crucial. We should not give them time to evacuate their research.

I support a move toward Petalburg.

Though it seems far, establishing a foothold on the western side of the region will better allow us to connect the chain in the middle as future date. Though if we focus on the eastern coast, we’ll end up lopsided, and easier to converge upon with mass force—no matter how sturdy whatever stronghold we establish might be.

I am capable of covering long distances quickly. Should it prove necessary, I can always fall back in support of Sootopolis.

In response to Temp's concern for defending sootopolis. I can stay. I'm in favor of attacking a land locked town but maybe somewhere close to sootopolis. Lilycove or something.
