THE BRIEFING

PRIMAL KYOGRE'S ATTACK ON SOOTOPOLIS and the battles waged there have caused flooding throughout the eastern coast of Hoenn. Although the damages never rose to disastrous levels, the whale's rampage has certainly disrupted the everyday lives of Hoennians and their Pokemon.

Assist with the rebuilding and recuperating cities and settlements. Return displaced Pokemon to their rightful habitats, including the sea. Strengthen or fortify the coastline to prepare for further Rocket incursions, or spy on the League's next steps. As the tides of war continue to trouble all of Hoenn, one may wonder if all this reconstruction is but a futile exercise in repetition.
