The coral reef had hidden a TM/TR, which Barnaby had gladly pocketed. He was running low on that certain item, so it was nice to find one for free!

He continued his search in the ocean shallows, swimming in a seagrass field near the beach's shoreline. Here all sorts of small aquatic creatures lived, most of them young or juvenile forms of much larger species found commonly in the open ocean.

Amongst the plant tendrils, Barnaby finds...

Two Pokéballs were pretty good prizes as far as Marshall was concerned, but maybe he could find something even better on his third attempt. He adjusted the goggles on the front of his face before diving once more. Being under the water was so enchanting with the way the sunlight cast hypnotizing patterns upon everything. Marshall swam with intention, conserving his energy. Finally, something caught his eye not far from the location of his previous prize.

This time, his Greninja returns with a Pokeball, neatly depositing it in the boy's hands. A glint of anticipation ran through him as he expected some kind of Pokemon to be inside - but no, it was empty. A shame, but with his luck, it wouldn't be empty for long.

His Sharpedo was even a little adventurous today, letting Hideo dunk his head for a full second. It was progress, slow as it was.
