Aaron scoured the sea floor with Frillish close by, scaring away any fish Pokemon that wanted to get close. He wasn't in the mood to play with any fishy Pokemon today. If anything, the grill seemed like the best place for the irritating bastards. Frillish did manage to find something, located in the coral. Something shiny, and pointed it out. And so Aaron started to swim towards it to see what it was. Hopefully something useful.

Oohhh why did he think this was a good idea? It certainly was not. Diving was not his strong point, but he wanted to prove to his boyfriend he wasn't a wimp! So he went diving, against his bitter judgement. It was not all bad though, the water was cool, seeing all the others around put his mind at ease about being in the open ocean. For now though, he had some diving to do!

Josh couldn't possibly have expected his first attempt at the impossibly challenging Magikarp Splash to go well; the force behind the Mantine's second backflip had flung him into the sea. Resheph and Snacker raced toward him in an attempt to be the first one to scoop him up and swim with him to the Slateport Barrier Reef, where a dive for loot would let him relax after attempting the legendary surfing trick even a contortionist would have trouble with.
