DECLAN WALSH CALLS UPON ROCKET'S HIGHER-UPS FOR A MEETING. Much has transpired after the BATTLE OF DEWFORD/ULTRA DEEP SEA. With the SEAL STONE in Team Rocket's hands, glimpses of the universe's timeline have been granted by way of THE RKS SIMULATION. Within it, THE DRK TRIAD & ARCEUS' motives hide... Though Team Rocket grows, several desertions have been of concern, including the defection of former Galarian Ambassador and ZEKROM AVATAR, Remiel Calcifet.[break][break]
Furthermore, some may worry about the presence of RUINOUS POKEMON such as Elisabeth Fiorelli's WO-CHIEN, powerful forces that may threaten to bring about the entire destruction of Hoenn.[break][break]
The meeting is held within THE CAVE OF ORIGIN. Away from prying eyes, Team Rocket plots their next move.

DISSEMINATE II is the sequel to SCARLET'S member-led event: DISSEMINATE: PAAA. This thread will act as another moment for Rocket canons to connect, engaging in dialogue and decision making that can influence the direction of the faction.[break][break]
Moreover, DISSEMINATE II will reveal information and plot points that will roll into events for the whole site to enjoy. Similarly, AN AQUA ASSEMBLY PT. 4, the League event situated in the POKEMON LEAGUE will function similarly.[break][break]
Events that only include canon characters are quite rare, often occurring only once or twice a year.

- too long; don't read (tl;dr) notes are required.
