IC EXPLANATION
AS WINTER BEGINS IN HOENN, Team Rocket allows itself a respite from the battles of Mirage Island with an annual Rocket Holiday Party. Overseen and funded by Underboss Elisabeth Fiorelli, and collaborated with by Admin howard slayte as the head of Rocket's financials, the event is set at Yumi Hasegawa's Casino Starlight: a place many remember from the Midsummer Ball held last spring.[break][break]
A crisp invitation sent by Admin Bee's (BARNABY FINCH) Cutiefly network delivers the pretty stationery, courtesy of fern delaney, with a request for a prompt RSVP. Any questions may naturally be directed to the offices of Admin Slayte, and CC'd to Underboss Fiorelli, who is notorious for never checking her inbox.
Q&A (WITH ADMIN SLAYTE)
The office of Admin howard slayte is besieged with a flurry of emails from Rockets curious about the upcoming holiday event, which he has the unfortunate and dubious honor of helping plan, budget, and oversee. With a great, heavy sigh, and an excessive amount of cigarette breaks, he doggedly responds to every email, no matter how absurd the ask. Nicotine and coffee alone keep him sane.
Q: "When and where will this event be taking place?"
"Read the card." (Early December, Casino Starlight in Sootopolis)[break][break]
Q: "Who will be in attendance?"
"If you're important, you know." (Everyone 18+ in Rocket is invited.)[break][break]
Q: "What is the dress code?"
"Dress nicely, but be aware that many of the most powerful people in the region will be in attendance. If an Underboss is wearing something unflattering, insult their ugly sweater at your own risk."[break][break]
Q: "Can I bring someone who is not affiliated with Rocket as my plus-one? Or a League-affiliated person?"
"Please be aware that this is an event with the highest ranking members of Team Rocket in attendance. Treat this as a company affair.[break][break]
If anyone tries to bring a traitor, Gym Leader, or member of Aqua, I will personally ensure that they get a two on one meeting with Zev Harcourt and Cillian Quinn, before slashing their pay myself."[break][break]
Q: "Who will receive the gift I bring?"
"Due to the nature of a 'white elephant swap,' you will not know who receives the gift you bring. Be aware it could be anyone from Beast Zeppelin to Underboss Quinn, and with that in mind, decide your gift accordingly.[break][break]
Furthermore, don't try to rig gift recipients during the event itself. You're not clever. We all know what you're doing."[break][break]
Q: "What gifts cannot be brought to the gift exchange?"
"Please do not bring Team Rocket assets to the gift exchange, especially if your gifter is Underboss Fiorelli, Head Scientist Rose, or Admin Slayte. Especially the latter, given they're behind much of Rocket's asset organization. You would be gifting them with their own stuff.[break][break]
Dangerous weapons are not allowed. We have people for that. You all know we do. Assassinate someone on your own time.[break][break]

"Yes, but keep in mind capacity limits for the Casino Starlight. We encourage Avatars to leave their Pokemon behind. I don't care how 'tough' any of you are, you are nothing compared to repair costs for the casino. Check your bank account before you wreck something.[break][break]
