It's time for the second annual Steel Chef cooking contest! As with the inaugural Steel Chef contest won by Zev Harcourt, this year's contest will take place in Lilycove City with Aurelie Lefevre returning as the contest's host. The focus this year will be on each contestant's mastery of regional cuisine: specifically, how well they can capture the unique flavors of four different major regions in their dishes.[break][break]
The contest will consist of four rounds, with each round dedicated to making a dish from the region specified. Judging will be performed by well-known Lilycove City restauranteurs and chefs, who will assess each dish based on taste, presentation, technique, and creativity. The winner will be crowned the second STEEL CHEF.
GUIDELINES
This is a contest that takes place during the month of July. The prize will be a CLEVER ribbon. Each round will also include bonus participation prizes.[break][break]

- The cooking contest will feature four rounds with deadlines. Each round will last one week.
- Each round will feature a prompt to make a dish from the specified region.
- Each contestant may bring one (1) Pokemon with them to the contest. This is purely for flavor and will not add any bonuses or maluses to your results.
- Each contestant must post once per round and include their roll at the end. If you miss a round, you won't be disqualified, but your chances to win will be lower. The roll will represent the judges' opinion of the contestant's concoction.
- No salacs will be allowed. (It's not worth it, even for delicious food!)
- At the end of the contest, the contestant with the highest roll total will be the winner. Therefore, please add up all your rolls at the end of each post.
