THE BRIEFING


AFTER PETALBURG'S FALL & SOOTOPOLIS' NEUTRALIZATION, reports of large Pokemon aglow with golden light have piqued the interest of many. They are aggressive Pokemon who protect what they deem is their territory, chasing away any Pokemon or trainer with their fierce strength.

Curiously, these Pokemon of various species possess no Infinity Energy (lifeforce). These brilliant beasts seem to be residual spirits... or spirits sent ahead of what is to come: ethereal warnings that seem to say, "turn away. you are coming close to the point of no return."

When and if they are defeated, they disperse into outbursts of light.
