Funnily enough she didn’t have a member of that particular Pokémon line, which was hilarious in itself considering that the writer is a fan of Gyarados.

(But trying to get seven Gyarados, one for each character? That was a stretch, man.)

“What’re you laughing at?” she said to nobody in particular as the Mantine brought her out to the deeper part of the water, adamant on them landing the trick this time.

They would keep at it, again and again, until they finally nailed it.
