Locke won't recognize Rocket's underboss by sight beneath his disguise, but perhaps he'll feel the unnatural pull that chains them together since the events in the Church of Arceus. Gavin certainly feels it, but he does recognize , so maybe it's all in his head.

Either way, he manages to feel a little apologetic as he whips the ball toward the target.
