While the idea of running off to join an evil doom creature sounded entertaining, Oz couldn't bring himself to choose it. Mostly because he hated the cold. Though the second option seemed chivalrous, he felt it'd offend someone like the commissioner. Stories said she was one tough cookie.

So, with everything else eliminated, Oz quickly settled on the first option.

Not only was her choice of the snail monster Pokemon not the will of the collective player base, but now the Council room itself appeared to be under attack by the mysterious ice cat Pokemon. Aurelie gasped in dismay, feeling entirely swept up in the startling state of affairs.

Perhaps as a member of Rocket, she should be abandoning Dahlia to her fate, because fuck the League, the League sucks and should be destroyed forever, etc., etc. Though even then, Aurelie wasn't sure that in that situation, she would just walk away and let the League Commissioner get hurt or killed. And in this game, playing the route as her new assistant, that course of action made even less sense.

So, as Dahlia's assistant, what would she do? She'd probably want to help her boss, who had been kind and friendly so far. She'd realize that her own life was less valuable than the League Commissioner's, if only because of the political and societal chaos that would ensue if the Commissioner did die.

Thus, Aurelie picked the action that not only made the most sense for her new assistant to do but also seemed the most gallant and brave:

curiosity tempts him for the third, but it's ultimately the desire to play the game in its true nature that locks it out of his choices.

both have romantic implications, so kyle wouldn't mind either, leaving it up to his personal preference.

realistically, the first was the smarter move, but in a narrative sense, the second trumps by a lot. self-sacrifice is a theme that follows every tragic love story that everyone eats up after all.

that, and kyle shudders at the thought of any other politician that would occupy the seat should she be gone.

That feline pokemon, that they had met in the Borders... What was it, Ettie wondered? Some feline beast was certainly the obvious answer - but with how it was fighting against the two other legendaries, did that mean it was a legendary, too? It certainly did not seem like it was friendly - though Ettie couldn't help but wonder if this was a thing of territory, or something else...

... Not that Ettie had much of a chance to consider things, before the building they were in fell under attack! Before they knew it, an avalanche was crashing in through the wall, and Dahlia was reaching out towards her. Though Ettie would be inclined to protect the other, she was willing to trust in whatever Dahlia had planned - and she knew her own body was too small to properly protect her.

Thus, Ettie chose Option 1 - Hold her hand tight.

Elaine had missed a round of choices. Possibly two, but that was hardly enough to keep her back. The young woman gazed upon the new choices as the third choice seemed to almost draw her in with a mesmerizing pull. It was strange.

"Join the feline pokemon for the judgement of ruination."

She muttered out the strange choice. But the more she looked at that, she couldn't figure out what that choice was even about. The villain route would hardly bring the route, so it was obvious not to choose that.

In that case, there remained to choices. So, from that, Elaine would invariably choose.
