REPORTS OF A SWARM OF EEVEE entering Shoal Cave have been published recently. Further reports suggest that the swarm of Glaceon that are leaving Shoal Cave are the very same Eevee that had ventured into the cave before. Not all of the Eevee had decided to transform into Glaceon however. Perhaps, some of you will be lucky enough to catch one![break][break]

the evolution process of eevee had always fascinated him. so with reports sky-rocketing of their appearances, it's a no brainer he goes to ivnestigate. and, with his very own glaceon!

inside, they're abundant. lazing about, chewing icicles, and just all around vibing. sending off the ice-type to go congregate with her own, he settles on just pokemon watching.

She was home alone earlier so she decides to go out, to a place that has the report where a swarm of Eevee and Glaceon fill the Shoal Cave. As interesting as to how Eevee is able to transform to a different variant but Nia knows that Glaceon is superior evolution within the variants line. Now, would the lady of luck be on her side? We'll see or she would make a Rube Goldberg machine to shoo away the bad guys.

As if a mystery gift meant for only a few lucky Hoennians, wild Eevee have gathered to form a swarm once again. Unlike a few months back, this time it’s not at a forest, but within the icy depths of Shoal Cave.

Many seem to have evolved into Glaceon, and with his own one by his side, Mars smiles faintly when seeing so many pokémon that look just like her. Melpomene (Mel, for short) had been his only pokémon once, and even now that there’s many others, she still has a special place in his heart.

His gaze wanders over the pokémon, noticing how nearby a small Eevee makes the unfortunate mistake of licking an icy rock and getting its tongue stuck as if it were that one kid that got triple-dog-dared to do something similar in the holiday classic A Christmas Story.

Dovac had found himself a tad lost and relying on Vulpix entirely, whom was being held within his arms, to keep warm. Opting to find some sort of natural cover, as he wasn't one to carry a tent within his bag he'd unknowingly wander on over into Shoal Cave.

It wasn't like stepping into a sauna, but it was a Christmas Vacation away from the bitter cold and wind outside of the cave's confines that was for sure. However upon delving deeper into the cavern Dovac would discover many other Trainers and the like, but why had they gathered?? Whipping out his Poke Dex as soon as his eyes fell upon the blue Pokemon nearby the Leaguer would discover he had stumbled upon a swarm of Glaceon! Releasing Vulpix from his arms immediately he too would join in the fray.

" Vulpix, use INFERNO! "

In tandem Dovac would toss a Poke Ball after a single target.

Remote though it was, and far away from his chosen residence besides, Shoal Cave offers something Gavin cannot get elsewhere in the region — cold weather. Recent errors in the climate surrounding the Weather Institute have offered a reminder of a birthplace, and he finds himself longing for the kiss of cool air against his skin.

That he arrives at the fortuitous time that the Glaceon and Eevee are leaving is pure happenstance. Unfortunately, the presence of other trainers hoping to acquire the rare Pokemon for themselves makes the outing less solitary and peaceful than Gavin would have hoped.

Ah well. Perhaps he could catch one, present it to his partner as a mystery gift.

He was no Grinch to be ruining the spirit of the others during the holidays. His breath mists as he retrieves an empty pokeball from his supply, taking aim.

Venturing deeper into Hoenn had taken more time than he expected, especially after having to bum a ride with an old man and his Pelipper.

While the prospect of finding Glaceons didn't interest Sotsona too much, there was the possibility that finding a horde of them would lead the man to finding an Eevee - a much more valuable Pokemon to him personally.

Besides, if he found a Glaceon than the Day After Tomorrow he could probably use it to trade for an Umbreon..

Eevees were rather peculiar creatures. Namely, they could apparently not become her favourite type. But then again, they were very adaptable. Their genetic material was probably on the same level of that of fictional Gremlins, though incidentally they did not have a dark/fairy evolution of that Pokemon.

Still, these Glaceons were much adept at surviving in the cold. Maybe with further study it would be possible to artificially induce more Eeveelutions. But she needed more specimen to figure these sorts of things out. Maybe she could snatch one of these with the help of Mareanie…

Hideo had received a lovely mystery gift earlier that day: a nice comfy scarf that adorned his neck as he strode into Shoal Cave. It kept him nice and comfy through the cold, even better once he heard that there were a ton of Glaceons and Eevees running around here. Swarms seemed to have a habit of showing up when he did, didn’t they?

Well, he wasn’t one to ignore a good chance at a good catch. He just had to make sure not to have another series of slips through the cave; last time that happened, he didn’t even come out with anything.

And afterwards? Maybe he could listen to that recording of Zubatman Returns that he downloaded earlier.

Barnaby was here on personal business. Like the rest of the people currently occupying the area in and around Shoal Cave, he had heard the news about a mass of EEVEEs popping up. More interestingly to him, some of the EEVEE were reported to have evolved into GLACEON - one of the superior eeveelutions, in Barnaby's opinion. [break][break]

Ice-type Pokémon were his pet passion, so here he found himself, trudging through the cold and snow. Luckily, Odette (his Kantoan NINETALES) was at a heel beside him; her proximity provided a modicum of warmth. Enough to get him through, at least. "Come, Odette. Let's find ourselves a new friend." The fox Pokémon scrunched up her nose in response, looking and surely feeling like the GRINCH in this cold weather.[break][break]

Keenan huffed slightly as he walked towards the Shoal Cave. His brother was such a Grinch around this time of year. Normally he'd be doting over the younger Toral, but the little guy hated Christmas. And it saddened him a little...especially when the little turd turned on Krampus. That was a disturbing movie...an evil Santa Claus with his evil Delibird assistants and imps. Well, he wasn't going to let the message his brother get him too far down. He had an Eevee or a Glaceon to capture! Houndoom out, he was ready to start battling and throwing Pokeballs like they were going out of style.

The idea of going into Shoal Cave was a rough one. Temp wasn't so great with the cold. But some of the researchers had wanted some video footage of the Eevee and Glaceon and he was hoping to help.

And maybe, secretly, he would be able to try and snag one for himself. Lil Lulu had been lonely being the only fox among dogs. Having some company might do her some good.

So, first, Temp set up the video, trying to keep out of the way of the other trainers. Then he tried to capture... but was it with the camera or a pokeball? Guess only the roll will tell!
