Dorado's much like an anchor - once he drops, there's little he can do to claw his way back to the surface. In the last few months he's been giving it his best, and can at least maintain himself on a certain depth - provided he flails about desperately.

What he's good at is sticking to the bottom. Buoyance doesn't bother much with his steel-clad body, and so when Skyler joins him in their treasure hunt along the bottom of the shallows, he focuses all of his attention on finding the shiniest thing he can get his paws on.

Or Pachi-Pachi, they were hard to tell apart.), who seemed to be reaching for whatever was sparkling in its twin's hands. The two squabbled for a bit until Locke finally managed to intervene, confiscating the item and shooing the pair away to make up.

Doug's jaw was slack as he stared at the spanking brand new second berry in his hand as he broke the water's surface.

"... What the hell." He uttered, eyes wide. "...I didn't even know I could be this lucky! Holy crap!"

This kinda stuff never happened to him!

"Gotta strike while the iron's hot!" He said to himself as he dived back. If he was getting good shit now, he best keep going at it before his luck ran out!
