THE BRIEFING


EVER SINCE THE INTERFERENCE OF ULTRA WORMHOLES & TERASTAL CRYSTALS, the normally tropic region of Hoenn has experienced actual winters. Snow falls on some parts of the region, bringing with it, cold blustery winds. Unprepared powerlines are subject to their mercy, oftentimes plunging districts into darkness.

For this mission, involve a power outage or elimination of illumination during the winter season. Whether it is caused by Pokemon, human, or the natural forces of Hoenn itself, be wary of the dark!
