“Well well… Aren’t you an interesting specimen.” One of the cousins to @howard pet machine blots out the sky. He had been too slow to see the other giants that had taken over the desert, but at least he would get the chance to see this one in action. Red light eyes blink furiously, deep metallic rings accompanying each shift… Was that how it communicated?[break][break]

It also communicated in oversized, swinging fists. Debris litters the air, turning it suffocating. In response, Alba lets out Whimsicott, who scatters its own stun spores to the wind, trying to sabotage Registeel’s onslaught, if only by a little.[break][break]

What sound did a colossus make, when it tumbled towards the ground? He wanted to hear that with his own eyes.

As if the desert wasn't enough, now there was a hulking Pokemon of steel threatening to crush anyone in its path. It needed to be taken down, and Noel, along with everyone who joined in, was here to answer the call.[break][break]

The menacing titan was right in front of him. The blue-haired trainer brings forth his Milotic out to face this gigantic foe. Their first order of business is to test the waters and see just how powerful this opponent truly was.[break][break]

"Admin Fox, Underboss Blondie. Black Dog's backing you up." He chimes over their short wave radio communications. Ahead is an ancient goliath, humming its great riddles cast in some unknown language. Words, the dog does not trust. Humans, he does not trust. There is only one thing in life a proper man can trust, and it is wrought all over this colossus's body: steel. Steel, a man can trust, when he holds it in his hands.[break]
He does not know that is 'Admin Fox', he simply knows Admin Fox is here. They've worked together before, tried to capture legendaries together, fought together, and the dog only knows him by one name.[break]
"Got your back, Rookie!" He shouts, falling in beside the taller man in a breakneck run towards oblivion. "SPECTRA's gonna go ape shit if we can bring a legendary Pokemon back with us!" He laughs, leaving to protect the vulnerable rookie. Instead, he risks everything on an offensive.[break]
Beneath him is grass where there should be none, and that makes his blade mighty. No time like the present to get this party started. A tera orb flashes in his hands, and a floral crown of grass adorns his Kartana. It flies it, its leaf blade aiming to strike at the distant titan.

It was at moments like this that Elaine wished she had made some sort of bingo card. Even though 'attack of the giant legendary' was not something she would have put on it, there would have been some fun in guessing what strange crisis would threaten Hoenn at any given time.

Still, it was not like she could stand by while others were fighting, so she had ended up here as one of many people facing down the legendary golem, Registeel in a state she had never expected but one she reasonably should have.

"We can't let ourselves fall behind here."

Among the flurry of attacks, Elaine gave a simple pat on the back to Siegfried before pointing towards the enemy before them.

As its arm blades glowed a bright green empowered by the grassy terrain, it charged forward, aiming to strike at its shield with its Leaf Blade.

The creatures coming out of the sands were already a mmenace, but the beast in front of tthem was probably the worst of all. The things that had once spoken of ages ago in that Ranger Rising meeting were finally back to haunt them. A shame nobody ever got the time to study them before that happened. [break][break]

she flew over the shimmering dome of green mist, a grassy terrain in effect—alice wouldn't benefit sadly. but emma was willing to hedge her bets. now that she was home, she was overdue for some more training.

Shaking off dust wasn’t something that was required for those who spent all their time between battles, but sitting as some kind of shopkeep for a little while wasn’t exactly that. Kouji knew the moment he stepped onto the field here, this wasn’t the standard kind of fight. This was the kind of battle that would push people to their limits. A legendary pokemon, grown to gargantuan sizes, it felt almost nostalgic.

Gwen arrived on the scene, late as per usual. The novice ranger stood in the thick of the battle, her Whimsicott bouncing along behind her. She had gotten her little Ranger's call about the stray steel-type that was going around, being haywire. She had received notice that where somewhere here, and wasn't going to let her friend dive into this alone.

The other people were still going on strong, with some people she recognize and others she didn't.

"Let's back them up, Mischief!"

The Whimsicott shook its fluffy body around as a trail of sparkles and more swirled around the Registeel as Gwen's partner would use STUN SPORE.
