if anyone asks why he's out here diving for trash, he'd say it was him taking part on trying to get slateport's beaches clean. it's such a noble reason that no one would fault him to it.

another dip of the city's waters brings him to where 'trash' has accumulated. it's everyone's treasure at this point, and it's surprisingly clever that the organizers twisted something noble to something that supported capitalism.

it was effective though, and kyle would often think that he wouldn't participate had it not been that.
