Two canid legendaries, of... Galarian origin? Ettie wasn't sure what some of that meant - but she was sure that she could ask her friends. Surely, one of them would know what she was talking about! Maybe she could learn more about these two, to go look for them and be friends with them! Especially if they were seeking... Re-fuge, that meant safety, she thinks?

But presently, Dahlia was focused more on an outfit for the council. Dresses were pretty and all, but the mention of a sygna suit would catch Ettie's attention - vaguely recalling the mentions of them coming up especially surrounding expeditions into the Border. One based off of Vespiquen in particular seemed like it'd be pretty - and something that (from Ettie's understanding) was hard to get would 'make a statement', right..?

Tales of Galarian legendaries are vaguely familiar to her, thanks in no small part to Remiel Calcifet. He had definitely mentioned something like that at one point…but like, ugh! She really doesn’t want to think about that man right now.

Galarian legendary Pokémon? Incoming ruin? If this was an indicator of what was to come, this could be far worse than the battle at Littleroot. Far worse. While she had studied a few legendary Pokémon before, Dialga was the only one she had seen in person, and the Timelord could easily undo her very existence if it wanted to.

Hopefully this was just a game and not real. Everything about these routes seemed pretty lifelike and believable so far, though! Trembling on the inside, she innocuously chose the brightest clothing option she saw:

You provide the Commissioner with the utmost privacy, but the desire to sneak a peek tickles you. Thankfully, you're distracted from the rustling of clothes by her Stoutland. The dog Pokemon rests its head on your shoes. Murmurs a little doggy murmur as it fights off residual grogginess.[break][break]

Finally, the Commissioner is done. She walks around to you and she chimes, "Well, what do you think?"[break][break]

You compliment her, assuring that she will indeed make the statement she needs. You think you can see her blush... but she's quick to dive into business. The Commissioner leads you out of the office before recalling her Stoutland.[break][break]

"Off we go."[break][break]

Eventually, you are led into the Champion's chambers in Hoenn League. One half of the chamber is designed as a typical battle chamber, filled with Hoennian grandeur and adorned with the Champion's throne. The other half is designed more to kyle lopez's tastes: the colorful palette and shapes of a retro arcade.[break][break]

Around the conference table are the League council, FERNANDO SILPH, PENELOPE LIVY, and Elinor Anderson. You are also granted a seat, right next to Commissioner dahlia goode herself.[break][break]

Various perspectives are laid about what to do with the foreign legendary Pokemon. Blurry images captured of their appearances are revealed on a screen:[break][break]

As the Council argue and debate over the best course of action, the Commissioner leans close to you. She's warm. Perhaps, it's the stress... She asks you, "What are your thoughts?"[break][break]

He would be lying if he said he didn't observe Dahlia's sygna suit for a moment or two to appreciate the design. He understood the appeal...but it still felt like a threat, cute as the commissioner's expression was. He wondered where in the world had Macro Cosmos gotten its hands on this kind of data but...well he just wanted to see what was going on.
