Leonicio was slowly starting to grasp how this Interdream Zone worked: It materialized people's imagination, making their dreams come true. Which meant that somebody, somewhere, had imagined a robot Delibird. What a weirdo.

Could Team Rocket use that power to extend their reach to the stars above? And was the imminent destruction of universe 820 the consequence of their hubris?

C. The primal rifts existed, like the Border, right? If they're popping up over Hoenn, than is the fabric of reality not tearing? It's almost obvious. He doesn't know Avatars. They already stopped a meteor with Mt. Pyre, and paradox Pokemon and Terastallization... he doubts that.[break][break]

If anything, Kyurem is the most terrifying of the bunch, but even then. The rifts, if they kept opening, could get worse.

Yeah, that's what Ruby figured Holo would do. Apparently, if too many people saw it, they'd start to imagine more like it, and those would start to appear.

Surprisingly the savages chose mercy in their own way. Likely out of a desire to have something for themselves that wouldn't be even attainable in the real world. Maybe they were just projecting their desire to have which they cannot? But at least they had managed to spare the life of the creature in this fictional instance. Even if Josh was still dreading what hellish bullshit he was in line to deal with in this otome considering they were avatar killers.

Especially as the harebrained assassin researcher gave her delusional take on matters that considering her occupation, Josh really wasn't very inclined to listen to. Kind of hard to when you're listening to a confirmed psychopath. There was no justifying what these people had done, so their opinions were mud.

Then came the weird crystal, and more drivel. Then a weird question with a few choices. Thinking logically? Probably the primal rifts. Literal rifts in time that caused things from different points in time to cross over seemed like the obvious choice for something that could literally fold their existence.

Paradox Pokémon? Shalin was so confused. Was that referring to the robot Delibird she had just seen? She wasn't overly familiar with Avatars other than their existence and their links to legendary Pokémon. The only true danger that she had experience with were the rifts leading to Ultra Space. If anything was going to cause the end of Hoenn, it was an Ultra Beast takeover. Those things were dangerous in small numbers, let alone the swaths of them that would overrun the place if they got too large.

Ultimately, they needed to be closed. It was just figuring out how. If they didn't...well, it would be the end of the region, and possibly the entire world, as she knew it.

Terastalization crystals are a method of turning imagination into reality? Callan briefly recalled the function of his tera orb: It allowed a Pokemon to temporarily generate traits of a type that it was not normal akin to. How the crystallization process worked, and how it was able to create this was not known to him. If that was the case, then rampant human imagination was the largest threat out of all of them.

The options given were a mash of the reasons by which 820 was unfurling in the Cloud. In truth, any of the options was probably enough to cull human life as he knew it. The only question was, which was the most immediate, and threatening?

If he had to wager. It would be this:

Not only were they distortions in Space-time, but the fact that the rifts could travel between universes meant that there could be any number of world-ending possibilities that could spawn in any given one of them. Avatars were human, and while the capacity for destruction was there, he had yet to see a single one be capable of destruction on a mass-scale as of yet. Hm... There was a concern in people seeing this sort of pokemon - due to the potential for one's imagination to run wild. Although, then again, couldn't a lot of things cause one's mind to conjure ideas aplenty? What made this one in particular an issue - the idea of it opening the door of 'what if's?

Though, more concerningly, was the question of what would cause the end of all. And well, the options themselves even implied a number of different things; ranging between the rifts that led to those other strange worlds, to 'ruination', to even the notion of terastalization and paradox pokemon.

Of the options though, the rifts - and ruination - both seemed the most concerning ones. Though, for now, they'd choose the primal rifts.
