ceri's curry entry


thread summary:
Given her specialisation in toxins, recruits Ceri to perform experiments on a Slowking in an attempt to get it to form change. Naturally, being still a student and only a lab assistant, she worries about making a good impression, but the experiment still goes wrong and their subject ends up dying in a horrific way.

why is it important?:
While Ceri generally helps out around the lab, this is the first time she got to do an experiment of her own (with her own hypothesis and formula) for Team Rocket. It’s the first time she interacts with one of Rocket’s higher ups, and it marks a really important moment in her development as a character and sets a path for where she’ll go from this point on, since while the experiment may have been a failure, that doesn’t deter her from wishing to find an answer. Furthermore, it also shows how cold and uncaring she can be when it comes to the wellbeing of pokémon – especially those that are seen as subjects.

INSTRUCTIONS


TO USE THE CURRY'S EFFECTS/INGREDIENTS that are listed above, please post in this thread with any of your characters that have participated in the communal curry.

In your post, you may distribute the effects to your characters' Pokemon in whatever way you wish; however, please identify which character and their Pokemon is redeeming the effect.

Any applicable move refers to any move the Pokemon can learn from Gen 7-8 (e.g. learnset moves, egg moves, tm/trs). For the premium gachapon ticket, feel free to redeem it in the SITE SHOP.

Next, you do not need to use every single effect. You can only use an effect once per player. Feel free to discard any effect.

Lastly, this communal curry thread's effects will be able to be redeemed until the end of the month, JANUARY 31ST 11:59PM PST. Afterward, this thread will be archived to make way for the next communal curry. Thank you and bon appetit!
