...Or not. Josh didn't even make it through the three twists. Snacker would have his work cut out for him, having to pull the falling Josh out from beneath the waves. It wasn't a particularly difficult task, but it was more annoying than simply watching the Mantine glide after Josh purely missed the timing of the Splash. Regardless of the outcome, he was ready to dive into a deep corner of the reef and uncover a treasure.

Shalin's timing with her Mantine was so late that the water-type was finishing up its Splash motion after impact. She didn't fall off the buoyant Pokémon despite a bit of a rough impact. Levy teased her for a bit before letting her mount up and dive to the back corner of the barrier reef, a secret spot that it seemed only a few attendees had discovered.
