Kyurem, huh? The frigid tundra was cold, but Genny's prepared for it already. Even late to the party, Genny's getting in on this. Riding upon the back of Inferno Baby the Camerupt, gifted by her girlie in arms , Genny is... admittedly, pretty late for the job. But better late than never at all.[break][break]

, , , , , Desi, all of them are here already, it's about time Genny enters the fray too. Though she's on the ground, Inferno Baby gets in, a warm entity thanks to MAGMA ARMOR keeping her warm, but when Genny hops off her Camerupt, almost suddenly does a massive, massive chasm appear. and her eyes are laser-focused.[break][break]

"WHOA BOY!" she stops the Camerupt, sneezing as a little tiny horsie helps keep him from falling into that massive chasm. Poor Inferno Baby had a cold, couldn't see where he was going, but this tiny Keldeo was on it. Genny smiles.[break][break]

"Room for one more?" she calls out to , who seems to be making a path across, and Genny points over. "Rock Slide, I.B!" The Camerupt makes more rocks to assist in creating a bridge to get across.[break][break]

Thanks to the Coaching provided by Keldeo, Thomas and Brutus are snapped back into reality. The duo are able to put their anger aside for the moment, in order to help their friends form the bridge.

Thomas recalled the Pangoro back to his Pokeball, switching to his faithful Hydreigon, Kalameet. The man quickly got on the back of the dragon, allowing him to quickly catch up to the group.

It was there that he saw who joined them. "Good to see you, Cromwell!", Thomas greeted the Ranger warmly.

In their efforts to build the bridge across the newly formed chasm, Kalameet utilized his Earth Power, to help shape and refine the bridge.

And yet, it seems to be working. Hundreds of trainers are outputting hundreds of attacks, and slowly but surely, the gigantic glacier before you is beginning to melt. But there's plenty of damage left to be done, and judging by how furious that Hoopa seems to be, then this fight is nowhere close to being over with.

"Alright, fine, new plan - you knuckleheads keep the big guy's attention." You declare, pointing a pair of fingers at both and . At the same time, you pull a Pokeball from your belt, tossing it up and catching it a few times. "Galarian and I will hit the small guy until he fucks off."

Galarian... Isn't from Rustboro? He hasn't even been to Galar before! Seriously, what a nerd...

You don't bother waiting for any kind of confirmation, because you're well aware you're not getting it. You'd have better luck getting your life in order than getting these three to cooperate on anything. So, you toss out your Pokeball and send out your Armarouge, who quickly gathers themselves and stands to attention.

"Sire! What doth thine require of thy humblest knight?"

"Get a bead on that asshole genie."

"Forsooth!"

As Armarouge scans the frigid storm for any sign of the Hoopa in the mist, you take a moment to ponder the strange prophecy being spoken. Two kings, matriarchs, royals? It all sounds like a lot of shit you don't particularly care about. But that thing about chains being shared... Nah. Couldn't be that. Probably just a coincidence, right...?


TL;DR - Shred tries in vain to coordinate his allies, sends out his Armarouge, and has her dedicate a post aiming while he reflects on how this prophecy will affect his personal plots.

Just when Victor thought he finally had his shit together, the devastating, earth-rending stomp of the monstrous dragon pulled him from his thoughts. The ground quaked, the yawning maw of earth splitting wider into a toothy grin of crystal. Victor screamed as he fell onto the snow, his body rocked by the shifting earth. He was convinced that his heart was going to give out, until he saw a bounding shape leap from over the chasm. [break][break]

Victor wasn't sure what he had been expecting, but it certainly wasn't the small form of the sprightly Keldeo landing before him. His eyes widened in recognition of the creature; Unovan legends spoke of the Pokemon, a Sword of Justice, a defender of Pokemon-kind against the folly of man. Victor blinked once, than twice, to make sure he was actually seeing the legendary Pokemon standing before him. The Pokemon seemed to take a moment to assess his condition, eyeing him with a stern but kind gaze. Nodding resolutely, the Keldeo offered a cry of acknowledgment to Victor before bounding off once more. [break][break]

Victor's heart soared. He had actually run into a Pokemon of legend, here, and it acknowledged him specifically. The bit of COACHING the Pokemon offered was enough to spring Victor to his feet, the Espurr still tucked securely against his chest. He looked around, trying to find an opening by which to escape. Now he had to survive; he couldn't just curl up and die after meeting a literally legendary creature. The question now was just where to go.[break][break]

Look, even if he wanted to land on the ground, instinct told him to stay up in the air because holy shit, being down on the ground would make him a sitting duck of a target.

Which is bad in and on itself, in more ways than one.

Always making sure to keep that particular head of hair within his sights (because yeah no Alex is going to worry way too much if Memo gets out of his sight) the Charizard lets out another bellow at the sight of the ice coming down all around them—

“You have got to be kidding me!” he exclaimed as he sighed; hanging on tight before the Charizard continued to breathe out Flamethrower as best as she could manage; to keep the air around him at least warm and navigable.

Little did he know that a familiar little being zipping down along on the ground with a singular horn would have his eyes go wide, before realizing just what it was.

“Oh, hello,” he hummed quietly at the sight of the Keldeo, being on the receiving end of a Helping Hand which—hopefully—would increase his Charizard’s flame output.

And was that Miss Elise down somewhere on the—?!

As the air around their group shimmered with protective powers, introduced himself. "I'm Gunner," the blonde agent said in response, before rattling off the names of everyone else present. "We'll do proper introductions later." [break][break]

Then he turned to face Kyurem and the Unbound Hoopa once more, but not before meeting the unnerving gaze of Chi-Yu. Those jade eyes pierced his soul, fanning the flames of ENVY. [break][break]

Not to be outdone by those standing with him, Gunner recalled his Arcanine, swapping out the dog for his Iron Valiant. "Kahadin, target the Kyurem," the man ordered. [break][break]

At once, his Paradox Pokémon charged ahead. Its blade flashed with pink energy as it attempted to strike the massive dragon with SPIRIT BREAK. [break][break]

A little late to the party.

He landed lightly on deft feet, his Pidgeot returning to its pokeball as he raised his gaze to the hazy silhouette of a titan hidden in a storm.

He would've liked to land closer, but the blizzard surrounding the dragon and its cohort promised a turbulent flight— if not an unfortunate end from an errant swipe.

The passage offered by the earth was little better— massive spiderweb fissures had split the icy plains asunder. Advancing would be difficult—

So he thought... until he got unexpected help.

A small horse galloping along the ice plains, its eyes seeking and meeting Gwyar's before gesturing with its neck as it quickly turned and hopped away.

Tracking his movements, Gwyar leapt after him in an instant, following his path as he drew his Aegislash from her pokeball.

TL;DR:
-Keldeo's coaching guides Gwyar as he braves the blizzard surrounding Kyurem in order to get closer.

Looking up to the sky, she sees the flying Charizard a little clearly and on top of the Charizard’s back was . Nonetheless, she probably can’t reach him yet without having to switch out her Lucario for a flying Pokemon. The loud noise of the ground opening makes the royal ambassador’s purple eyes widen in surprise from the Tera Crystals below the deep giant chasm. Both of the two Pokemon they were fighting were covered in icy winds and more of the prophecy had been sung out.[break][break]

As introduced his name to the group of leaguers she was with, the Galarian princess gives a slight bow of her head with a prim and proper introduction of her own. “It is a pleasure to meet you, Jack. My name is Elise Calcifet.” Though the current crisis wasn’t the best time to do fuller introductions as there were other people trying to make a rock bridge over the deep chasm.[break][break]

“Get ready to attack too, Tomoe.” Elise nods over to the female Lucario while she sees a small pony bound throughout the battlefield in great speeds until the pony with the feathered mane stops to use Helping Hand on her jackal. “Oh, thank you. I’m indebted to your help.” Her gloved hand reaches over to the pony and gives it a soft, gentle pet over its mane. [break][break]

With a growl, Tomoe the Lucario charges up the purple draconic energy in her hands and sends the Dragon Pulse to shoot out towards the glacial dragon![break][break]

every revealed line of this prophecy adds more pieces to the board until she's at a loss for the next move. they don't match, not in a way that makes complete sense to the scientist.

and she'd like to say she's moved away from self-righteous selfishness, but her mind is stuck on cosmic spaces and chains shared for it feels like something so familiar yet so far away.

as the earth splits open and the giant chasm twinkles with the glow of tera crystals, she sticks closer to and amidst the chaos.

"everyone okay?"

no one fell down into the chasm, right?

her charizard, meanwhile, switches tactics to swipe at the kyurem with dragon tail. somewhere to their side comes a heroic cry and her eyes shift away from the battle to find a small pony joining the fray. it looks to assist them however they need, though she wonders if it'll truly be enough?

As the group theorizes, he tenses as leaned in closer and drew his attention to the avatar, turning with disbelief and then immediate irritation towards . "Always." is all he managed to say back, trying to stay level headed at the idea of babysitting again. [break][break]

When speaks up, he turns to give the man a nod. "Good to meet you. Wish it were in better circumstances." he offered politely. "I'm Paxton." Before he can go further, the ground shakes and shatters and he tries to help steady those around him so them don't fall before uselessly ending up crouching on the ground to stay somewhat upright. The prophecy rings out and he can see thee glitter of TERA CRYSTALS shining through the snow storm. "Another sinkhole?!" he blurted out trying to see better. [break][break]

But his eyes move back to the crystal dome. There's a crack which is strange, but what the hell was it? Kyurem's doing? "Joules." he summoned the Magnezone as Hopper kept an eye on the Hoopa, trying to blast away fists as they appeared. "Blow that shit up." he ordered, as the Magnezone powered itself up, beeping decisively as it floated over the group of Leaguer's and pulled an ELECTRIC TERRAIN to boost themselves up. Seeing the Magnezone and Porygon working so hard, a small pony slows next to their group offering a HELPING HAND to the pokemon before galloping away to continue assisting others. After a few moment, Joules' magnets whirr with renewed energy and cutting through thee snow is Joules' ZAP CANON aimed directly at 's crystal bubble that lay so out of place on the battle field.

[attr="class","aurelie_body"]Focused on continuing to rescue and free more trapped Pokemon—all of whom, thankfully, were alive and mostly uninjured even after having been encased alive in solid ice—Aurelie barely had time to gasp in shock when the ground began splitting open around her. What is going on? she thought wildly. What on earth did they do now?

Though the red-haired smith had been vaguely aware of the Kyurem's prophetic proclamations. She'd felt the ground shudder with the Kyurem's stomps. But she would never have expected that the smaller Hoopa's punch would rupture the ground and split open like an axe splitting open a watermelon.

While her Heatran dug into the ground with its cross-shaped feet and kept its footing, Aurelie could feel herself sliding downward and falling through the massive chasm gaping beneath her feet. She flailed frantically, desperately for a handhold, a ledge, anything that she could hold onto. Looking down, she gawked wide-eyed at the spectacular radiance of a thousand Tera crystals sparkling within the chasm, mysterious and glorious.

Then, to her disbelief and everlasting gratitude, Aurelie felt a small hand grasp her wrist from above. It was enough to slow her fall. Her panic subsided, and her reflexes kicked in.

With her other hand, Aurelie pulled out one of her knives from a pocket. Using the long, slender blade like a stiletto, she stabbed it deep into the ice to use like an anchor. She let herself hang for a moment, breathing hard still with the aftermath of shock and terror.

Then she looked upward at and smiled tremulously. "Thank you," she panted breathlessly. "Thank you for grabbing hold of me. I...I think I'm okay now."

Pulling her wrist gently free from Eris' fingers, she kept a death grip on the hilt of her knife with her other hand, glad to have crafted a grippy rubber handle for this particular blade. Taking out a pair of Pokeballs, she dismissed her Heatran and released her Charizard. It launched out of its Pokeball and unfurled its wings with a snap in mid-air.

"Come on, Lucien," she told it, letting go of the knife and landing with a thump on the Charizard's back. "Let's get airborne!" The Charizard let out a roar and flapped its wings, climbing upward from the chasm to ground level.

Her heart still racing, Aurelie paused for a moment and restrained her Charizard before it could launch itself skyward just yet. She held out a hand to invite Eris. "Come with me! I think it'll be safer in the air than on the ground right now."

Hideo's Arcanine's efforts were proving effective, and it seemed most other people were focused on trying to take down the Kyurem that was attacking everyone (or handling the Hoopa's attacks). He could only hope they managed to contain things before the frozen area spread further throughout Hoenn, or before these crystal crevices got out of control.

And as if he needed any further complications, Hideo felt a small weight plop onto his head. He recognized that shape immediately - and was not pleased. "Not a good time for this!" he half-shouted. "Please tell me you aren't obvious."

He received the mental confirmation: Uxie was disguised under an Illusion. He'd wanted Uxie to stay away in case things got out of hand, but seemed like it was out of his control now. At least he could benefit from this a bit. "Ok, just tell me where people need help. If you're gonna use me as a seat, I'm gonna use you as eyes."
