Standing up upon his mantine once again, he winked dashingly at the young woman as he and his ride approached the towering waves, turning around theatrically to bow her way as he waved and shouted.

He wondered if luciano fisk would be around, or if the man would stick to the shade and the food of the festival. "Uhh...it says here....deceptively easy? She mounts onto the saddled Mantine and Elise hopes that the Primarina Twist would work this time. "Alright Aero ready?" Razz questions the Froakie on the seat with him and Salem. As usual when he would try these things out he would always bring a pokemon with him besides Salem to help reward and bond with one of his pokemon. And while the frog already basically lived in the water it was fun to do tricks. That first run had been pretty good. He and Hitoshi were the best surfers in the history of the world. They were also some of the best war criminals in the history of the world. If killing people equated to surfing skills, then the Black Dog was one of the best.

It was a shame that Howard was better.

The Aerodactyl surfboard is his lucky charm. He's gonna utterly own with it. Some would say that gambling this far ahead was a churlish endeavor, but that was a word for the foolish and the petty. Howard had three digits in his bank account, including the decimals. He could afford to gamble, and who knew?

Most gamblers quit...
