The storm of swirling DYNERGY was a sight to behold. ’s natural fear of this formidable titan was tinged with a hungry excitement; the scarlet energy all around was an intoxicating thing, egging him on to finish this and find its source. Or was the source REGISTEEL itself? Perhaps its residual energy had fueled the earlier BRONZONG, CLAYDOL, and the rest of the colossi?[break][break]

In an incredible feat of luck, none of the powerful beams came within Barnaby’s path, though they were uncomfortably close at times. Steam from the heat of it rose from the dunes — a threat to remain vigilant, lest he and his TYPHLOSION get cut down.[break][break]

They continued their attack. TYPHLOSION released a vicious HOWL, acting to empower 's nearby Hisuian DECIDUEYE.

To stand against this giant was a daunting task. As Trevenant laid a curse upon their enemy, Johanna found herself reconsidering her decision to be here.

But it was too late to back down now. Luckily she wasn’t in any immediate danger it seemed, for like an ant she found places to hide herself. But others did not seem so fortunate, at least from her perspective. And from her little pocket of safety she took stock of the situation around her, concerned eyes looking for those in need of help.

Her gaze noticed a familiar face. A face that seemed all too eager to throw himself far too close to the titanic Robot. Not that she was surprised, she had come to expect this of . For a moment she considered forcing him into safer distances by having her CLAYDOL teleport him away, but she knew his ire would not take it kindly, and so instead she directed her Trevenant’s attention toward him.

“Protect him.” Was all the order she said as she pointed at Josh.

The living tree jumped into action jumping in front of the first attack it thought would hit Josh Devlin, SHIELDING the rider as it INGRAINed its roots deep and suckled on the power of the earth to bolster its own defenses.

As the glare of his Solarbeam faded from view, Babayaga realized that he had left himself wide open. He furrowed his beak at such a rookie mistake, bracing for what was sure to be a painful blow. Yet as the mammoth titan of steel attacked, another Decidueye would appear to block protect the bewildered Babayaga. As the titan recoiled, Babayaga would lean over to look his savoir in the eyes. He gave a rare nod of thanks and respect, regretting that he shall not be able to return the favor should it come down to it.

Babayaga flew to make distance between himself and the brawl. If his next attack was to land, he would need plenty of space to maneuver. Once he was far enough, he turned sharply and began flying back toward the titan. An Ominous Wind supported his wings, helping him build up speed for his risky follow up.

Oscar meanwhile was prancing to-and-fro, trying not to get smashed by stray attacks and deflected beams. If he had known it was going to be so dangerous being on the sidelines, he would have brought a bunker or something. He thought that damn Claydol had been a challenge, this damn fight was one thousand times worse. Oscar eventually dove behind a nearby cactus, poking his head out as he spotted Babayaga flying overhead. Oscar cried out to it, "Baba, go for eyes! Do you hear me? The eyes!"

Gwen tossed a look at the ghost enthusiast beside her, none other than her best friend and coolest girl in all of Hoenn, ! She hadn't realized she was also here to answer that call, and would nod to her with a grin.

"Anytime. Now let's kick some Regiass!"

The fierce dustbowl that the massive Pokemon had conjured up was something fierce. Her Whimsicott nearly was blown away by the fierce winds, although she caught her just as the Pokemon was about to fly away. The legendary was slowly whittling them all down, while it was able to endure whatever they could throw at it.

Gwen held back and let everyone plan ahead with what they wanted to do in return. The duties appeared to be split between shielding other people and going for straight out damage. While her Pokemon didn't have much in terms of the support department, she could at least help try cracking through to the Registeel!

Her eyes went to 's Cradily using Solar Beam and decided to follow up, unable to think of another good

"Solar Beam it, Mischief!"

The WHimsicott gathered energy into its fluffy little mane, glowing bright with energy being gathered in itself. When enough was gathered, her "floof" almost crackled with nature energy. She twirled around and unleashed the SOLAR BEAM at the Registeel across from them.

But all those eyes were like some weird little Claydol.

Seems like you jumped in just in the nick of time. As boulders fall from the sky and crash down to earth, Dhelmise's Mega Drain steals what energy it can, and imparts it onto 's Ludicolo. Any damage that was dealt is just as quickly negated. The daring hero saves the princess... Or, well, the daring hero's ghostly anchor saves the princess' lilypad duck. And you're not really a hero, and she's not really a princess, so, y'know, it's more of an abstract sort of--

"ZEHAHAHA! Take that, ye big metal scallywag! Nobody trifles with the master o' the sea and lives to tell the tale!"

Huh. It's a pirate? It's a pirate. Of course it's a pirate. Why wouldn't it be a pirate? Fucking hell.

Still, you straighten up a little as chimes in. Wouldn't want to make an ass of yourself in front of her brother-in-law. Arceus knows things are already messy with her brother...

Chaos and riddles. You're getting pretty sick of chaos, and especially sick of riddles. You miss when you were fighting the big CLAYDOL.

Registeel prepares another devastating attack, but with both Underboss and Head Scientist taking care of themselves, you're free to do as you please. So, as the desert sand turns to shattering glass all around you, you decide to blunt its biting edge. With a snap of your fingers, the Dhelmise whips itself forward and lands upon the Registeel with a CLANG!. The impact itself is harmless, but the resulting Metal Sound reverberating deep into the giant's body, effectively hindering it. You hope.

He watched people scramble, and for his part he takes cover behind the rocks scattered in the desert when he can. People were in danger all around him, but most pressing it seemed was . He shoots another FLOWER SHIELD to cover the scientist and her Pokémon, a small dome forming around her.

Lets hope pain wasnt in store for him.

A BOMBARDMENT OF ROCKS carpet all around them. fernando can barely maintain his vision as shadows soar overhead. even his precaution of putting more distance between him and the titan hardly seems to matter. the sound of others falling to their blows echo all around him.
