  SMUGGLING
  
  Broke into and forcefully overtook a smuggling facility belonging to Sinnoh’s crime syndicate along with bryan delarosa (before he became one of Rocket’s Beast). This was of huge importance not only to increase Mars’ underground network and Rocket’s resources, but because it marked the start of a blood feud between him and Sinnoh’s crime families – given his personal connection to them.
  
  This smuggling facility appears in multiple threads, including situations like a hostile encounter with ranger Pace Mahmoud when one of the pokémon accidentally breaks free.
  
  In this same topic, he continues to work closely with angelo vestri and has met with people like klaus anchoret , who often smuggles for Rocket from Lilycove’s lighthouse (a future visit to the lighthouse has been arranged).
  
  ROCKET PR
  
  Mars cares a lot for Team Rocket’s public image, and he has put a lot of work in that regard. Most of the new plots regarding this are still in the planning process, but two major things of note are that he’ll work with BARNABY FINCH to use his position as HNN journalist to spread a good view of Team Rocket, while also helping Serena Malcolm navigate the PR nightmare that is the outing of her identity as a Rocket Beast.
  
  
  SEA MAUVILLE
  
  Mars is actively involved in Rowan Wrynn ’s plans for the derelict Sea Mauville facility, having provided funding for the project and also visiting the facility itself with oscar clayton . Most recently, he and priam conrad dived down to inspect some of the facility’s underwater equipment (Occupied Ocean arc).
  
  
  EXODUS
  
  Actively helped with Project Exodus while it was still ongoing, providing pokémon for all participants (Lulu Flint , Raphael Pryde , priam conrad , Killian Decker , Kano Iyona ) and also taking requisitions to find more Steel types along with Adrian Malcolm , Remiel Calcifet , and Kano Iyona herself.
  
  
  ROCKET TRAINING
  
  Mars has taken it upon himself to oversee training and/or testing of the abilities of some of the newer recruits, including @jessica and Felix Gallagher . He’s also acting as proctor in the recent S.P.E.C.T.R.A Exams for this same purpose.
  
  Also of note is the fact that Izydor Baranowski has caught his eye after multiple encounters and offering Mars an Spectrier he caught. This will develop into training.
  
  LAKE TRIO ARC
  
  Mars continued to attempt to understand Azelf prophecies and the Lake Trio’s warnings, now also compelled by a wish to retrieve his lost memories. With this purpose, he gathered everyone he thought could be involved, having deciphered that the charms held by many strangers probably had something to do with this since he constantly kept running into charmholders. This lead to the 11th Hour thread, where he gathered most of those who he had previously met (priam conrad , Katherine Fairburne , Eris Halla , Summer Atreides , Serena Malcolm , Locke Jamison , maverick noah ryder , Hideo Kino ) and all the charms activated – apparitions of the Lake Trio gave new warnings, and him, Locke Jamison , and Eris Halla suffered grave injuries)
  
  The injuries sustained during 11th Hour along with the hopelessness expressed by the Lake Trio filled Mars with an overwhelming sense of defeat that is all too rare for him. This is further explored in a thread with BARNABY FINCH , where he seeks comfort in him.
  
  Later on, he also warns Cillian Quinn about the things said by the Lake Trio, also sharing his own prophecy in a gesture that proves how much trust he now has in Gavin.
  
  *As a note there was also a lot of plotting surrounding the injuries previously sustained (brain bubbles), these having been mentioned in threads for months and causing Mars to alter his lifestyle, while also seeking the professional aid of Evelyn Vespera .
  
  UNOWN REPORT
  
  He continues to investigate the mysteries of the Unown Report and attempt to find out the truth about it, these efforts even finding themselves increased after having become mentally linked to it during the events of Geomancy. In the past few months, he has searched for Unown alongside BARNABY FINCH and ana fell , while there are plans to further investigate the matter (like discussing his link to it and the portals with Lulu Flint ). Also of note here is his and luka chêne ’s encounter with Father Winter, since it shows how distrustful Mars is of him and his peers but how badly he wants answers and to wield the abilities they wield.
  
  
  DISTORTIONS
  
  Given the nature of these as time-space phenomena, Mars has felt compelled to approach them and study them despite his lack of interest in science itself. He found himself trapped in one alongside Adrian Malcolm and there’s also plans for him and Killian Decker to venture into one in the future.
  
  He has also helped Kano Iyona study the strange pokémon that appear in these distortions by showing her his H!Braviary
  
  
  BEAUTY CONTEST
  
  Most recently participated in the Resplendent Resolutions contest held by Adrian Malcolm . He’s also the host of the ♡ Love Contest, which takes place near Valentine’s day and is sponsored by P.O.G Bank (participants are BARNABY FINCH , luka chêne , michiko maeda , kyle lopez , Alexei Ivanov , Lux Defort , Tempest Quinn ).
  
  
  GRACIDEA SEEDS
  
  Sought the help of florist and Rocket grunt Elisabeth Fiorelli with sowing his recently acquired Gracidea seeds, having done so near the same smuggling facility he took from his family (a certain expression of gratitude, but not towards them). These Gracideas have now bloomed and Elisabeth is also present as it happens.

  P.O.G Bank continues to provide sponsorships and make donations when Mars finds the matter to be suitable. Most recently, he discussed the former with kyle lopez while also having made donations to the research facilities at Tempest Quinn ’s gym in Pacifidlog. There’s also plots in the works like @song being a recipient of a P.O.G Bank excellence in academics scholarship award.
  
  Also of note regarding P.O.G is that he continues to do ads with luka chêne as a model.
  
  
  PERSONAL RELATIONS
  
  He has shared much of what is happening to him with Killian Decker , while also being concerned over his fellow admin’s new situation. His bond with Eris Halla has deepened and he has been there for her through grieving the death of Chu-e Choi . And a similar situation occurs with Summer Atreides and helping her through her own issues. On the other hand, Mars has come to rely more on certain people like Cillian Quinn , Serena Malcolm , and BARNABY FINCH – the latter being a relationship whose true complexity he’s still trying to figure out in its entirety.
  
  His grief for his wife continues to be a constant topic in his life, having been discussed with people like Evelyn Vespera and Elisabeth Fiorelli because of a certain sense of kinship in that regard.

mewtwo has made sporadic appearances throughout the region. some of these have been simple cameos while other times it's used as a bridge to rp with characters that would've been harder to get involved with. these include but are not limited to:

going forward, i intend to use mewtwo as a tool for confrontational plots. it'll continue to operate and flesh out its personality while being an easy 'in' for minor conflicts. for example, if i'm sure that if angelo vestri were to learn that the pokemon that attacked him belonged to FERNANDO SILPH, it would sour their relationship going forward.

certain members of team rocket will soon learn about mewtwo's existence and it's connection with fernando.

conflict and purpose

the slow burn exposition ends as we enter the conflict stage of an overdue rocket vs league plot! several rockets have established a personal grievance against FERNANDO SILPH over multiple threads. we've explored it to cement their perspective, reasons, and sympathy as readers. while a lot of this has been planned out, we've only just started. right now, we're tackling a thread between FERNANDO SILPH and Killian Decker that will include priam conrad and bryan delarosa.

as the actions of this thread resolve and consequences are brought onto the table, it'll include other rockets as well! it'll also have lasting repercussions for FERNANDO SILPH and new developments for team rocket!

depending on initiative, follow through, and acceptance by other players, this can easily bleed out and branch new plots as well.

detective pikachu

the day-to-day interactions and relationships we make give life flavor. while all of these plots are more freeform and don't directly correlate, they all stem from organic and natural meetings rather than preplanning ahead of time. they steer toward more slice of life themes but still have their own continuity. they've also served as great branching points for other characters!

to thank Elisabeth Fiorelli for her work SWEET HEART SHOP, FERNANDO SILPH's given her his number as well as an elusive black card. she's already put this to use by taking ana fell out to dinner on his dime. i've had several threads with scarlet and will probably build onto what we've crafted with a petalburg thread for the GARDECIA FLOWER prompt.

this is a WIP but after a chance meeting with Ceri Glynn during speed dating, silph co. may be more lenient in who they take in due to the abundance of scientific anomalies happening across hoenn. i'd probably want a few more science based characters that are interested in silph co. before pursuing it, but it's an option! this may also cross into plots with oscar clayton and Eva Morales depending on developments!

in a strange turn of events, fernando's great rivalry with the stones has taken an odd turn. based off her body language, he has the strangest inkling that ANA STONE is into him. she comes off strongly and decisively, something that he would find attractive in just about any other woman. unsure whether this is a trap, or something more, he's been awkwardly avoiding her wherever possible while using her as a scapegoat for 'owning' devon corp.

  Alex: being the quieter of my canons as of late, the big things he’s done lately is take part in the Excavator’s Expedition—and is being a gremlin at the current Speed Dating event, meeting new faces and old along with participating in the Love-themed contest hosted by Martín del Mar.
  
  Of course, he is still taking challenges, with a lot wrapped up in January, some started in February and looking to wrap up a few more in the coming weeks! Have to keep that queue moving, you know.
  
  He’s also had a very interesting connection made via the Speed Dating event, and well this is proof of it! Also making plans with Guillermo Marceliño regarding the ‘Gracidea Seed’ down the line.
  
  (Now if we’re talking on the trauma-related side of things, nothing much has happened on that front. Well, nothing YET anyway as I am still awaiting my turn with Father Winter, so that’s also something I want to see unfold and have Alex scream in horror / react accordingly to whatever the hell’s going to happen to him there. That, plus encountering the djinni from home—who knows what’s to come out of that?)
  
  Lars: admittedly Lars has been taking the lion’s share of my time lately because of certain developments that happened after AAPT2 (look, not even a couple of hours after AAPT2 ended [which is backdated to November] he’s right at the scene of another happening over at Flames of Retribution) however he is, as always, tireless.
  
  Another big step he took is moving on and moving forward, coming to terms with the inevitable that his missing partner is most likely gone and is never coming back anymore. Laurence Michael Anderson, moving on from what perpetually plagues him on a nightly basis? It’s happened!
  
  Outside of that, he’s found even more family (why hello Ann Nickolette) and is trying to come to terms with how to change her perception of his side of the family (bad blood and all that).
  
  He’s also looking to investigate the ‘rifts’ (what he personally calls the distortions) on his own and going on some unplanned trips into them with Raziel Beckett because of an interesting hypothesis he’d come up with while in the middle of one of those distortions to see if what they’ve gotten from that time before would react to the strange energies within.
  
  (Also idk if this would count but his Metagross, Ro, now has a Pokémon rival in the form of Andrea Vaneau’s Deino. Who is now eagerly awaiting the time that the Deino will evolve into a Hydreigon and they can meet again in another clash!)

  he's also part of father winter's thing and i'm excited to see where that goes! he was part of the speed dating and will probably be part of the tiered tea when it's posted, too! so, more active in events with him lol i have a plot i've opened up to people, starting with canon spot Melody Miro , where temp tries to learn to control his aggressive zarude, Bongo, and i'm hoping to open that up for him to become a better trainer. he's also helping Kano Iyona study hisuian pokemon with his Overqwil! he's ALSO also helping Raphael Pryde study bonds and make friends with his pokemon! temp is also also ALSO in a thread with walsh right now about his stealing the shinx to start with. i also have plans for him to try and pursue power of his own to be a protector. in the future i also want to do a small event, maybe in a few months, to expand on the lore i've been messing with about him being a Native Hoennian! there are plots with angelo vestri to talk about his culture, too, and the history of the Hoyeon people! just lots of fun things!

  Occupied Ocean - A Team Rocket plot I created to further the reach of the organization through acquiring Sea Mauville as an asset. I've created a number of mission prompts so far that allow for pairs of Rocket members to assist with the project, which has created opportunities for characters who haven't met to create a bond through the events. 
  
  I intend to end this plot with a raid for members of Team Rocket and select 'civilians' that have been folded into the project, such as skyler dross which will test the strength of the organization outside of faction conflicts.  I'm hoping this allows for Team Rocket to become more close-knit in the process of generating a foothold in the western oceans of Hoenn, close to Slateport City.
  
  Aside from Occupied Ocean, I've been fulfilling my role as Beast by helping train and guide members of Team Rocket to their full potential, such as Elisabeth Fiorelli and mint frost .
