I think this thread really speaks of the friendship developing between Mars and Kat, and honestly, it has been a blast to write. It's just so silly and fun, and I always enjoy seeing characters who are usually serious be put in goofy situations. Mars and Kat have a great dynamic, and I can't wait to see how things develop between them – especially given the potential for conflict that exists if Kat ever finds out that Mars is in Team Rocket. Given that love had been the whole theme of the contest, it is a recurrent topic throughout the thread, with them discussing what love means to both of them. Not only that, but gestures of affection are noted from the very beginning, and it's made clear that these are not things Mars would just do for just anyone. The inner monologue of both characters speaks a lot of the nature of their relationship, and how it has developed and grown overtime – even if at this stage many of the feelings existing between them are ignored or denied.

Threading with Dove is always wonderful, this is honestly one of my favourite threads because it focuses so much on Barnaby and his achievements, a character who is very dear to my heart. I looove exploring the dynamic between Mars and Barnaby and seeing how things develop between them, especially since at this stage there's much they refuse to admit to.
