ALARM SPREADS ACROSS HOENN as hazardous occurrences are reported to the LEAGUE'S RANGERS. Poison-type Pokemon have proliferated, disrupting both ecosystems and human residences. Eyewitnesses have seen that some of these Pokemon may sport grotesque growths.[break][break]
 Furthermore, some stretches of wilderness have succumbed to a horrible poison. Though the effects do not seem permanent in their current state, plant life appear to be twisted into toxic versions of themselves. Redolent flowers now expel foul stenches like GLOOM. Muddy morasses now fester as poison swamps.[break][break]
Thankfully, this curious contamination is not too widespread. Not yet, at least. Those who encounter the toxins may realize that that the poison can spread. Protective gear is required—and SYGNA SUITS, though they are able to protect against the elements of the ULTRA WILDS, also seem vulnerable.
EXPLANATION

IN THIS EVENT, "Poison Patrol" threads will pop-up randomly throughout the region. These "Poison Patrol" threads will present a variety of scenarios connected to the spread of poison within the region. Some may be related to a Pokemon-related threat. Some may involve clearing poisoned swathes of land, while others will feature more peculiar possibilities.[break][break]
Each Poison Patrol thread will feature PROMPTS like POKEJOBS. These threads may ask for the use of a particular move or ability, or a particular Pokemon. Some examples can be seen below:
Some Poison Patrol threads may be time-gated. Some may feature limited participants per thread. In these cases, writers must rush to fulfill a prompt before the thread or slots close. In the latter circumstance, characters who have missed the cut-off will still be bestowed a consolation reward.[break][break]
However, compared to the past iteration of Poison Patrol, there will be ways to make this event easier for all to participate regardless of timezone, posting speed and more (even then, the old event had everyone getting what they want, anyway!). A wide variety of Poison Patrol threads for players and their characters to participate in.[break][break]

As you earn more MOCHI by participating in Poison Patrol threads (or other means), you'll unlock more rewards on the track. Ranks on the track directly correspond with how much MOCHI has been earned.[break][break]
You will collect MOCHI PER CHARACTER and not by the player. However, do not fret! I will provide countless opportunities throughout the month.
